Im pretty sure we will know if warrants have been exercised, by a rapid change of tone in the market, before any RNS hits the wires.

Last time this happened, the upmove stalled quickly, spreads widened and MMs suddenly started to push lower. Something to watch for....

Total vwap spend to date £3.66m

Average vwap price paid £2.3164

Average daily vwap spend £610k

Owing to the four days of pre-xd dealings, average price paid to date is above current share price. Hopefuly that will turn round as time goes on

Based on $100m = £74m, buyback is projected to last 121 days / 115 remaining

Agree once again, but was thinking it best to assume tox results wouldnt appear soon after trial concludes. The dropping of AI into the mix last week, may well pique the interest of people new to Sareum, so I hope we can continue to keep them curious :)

Agree with that. IMHO the PR team just need to keep turning up the temperature little by little and I think the share price will respond. We all know that big news probably wont come for a while yet, but if they can maintain investor interest, we may see a steady rise. It was noticeable last week that the 'boredom selling' on no news seemed to be drying up

Its amazing that none of these cretins have factored in that there really isnt any windfall to tax at these levels. Perhaps they do, but the mechanism to remove the EPL automatically when prices drop is so onerous, it might as well not be there

Its the same with every tax and spend government. Raise taxes beyond reasonable levels and the tax take will actually reduce

I get the feeling that the appetite for Sareum is very gradually returning, perhaps as people realise the trial has gone past the half-way mark. If our crack PR team (lol) can conjur up a piece of good news in the not too distant future, I think we could crack 20p once and for all

One thing ive already noticed is that the daily spend has reduced every day since it started (£645k > £566k). I thought it might have increased yesterday, give the xd adjustment, but nope

Well as xd days go, weve seen an awful lot worse :)

Going xd often messes with charts and levels. On the face of it the price has dropped below previous support at 230, however in 'real money' its still above it at 235p

So far the price is pretty much bang on where you would expect after a 9.7p (ish) adjustment

No one knows.....but dont think they have been selling at recent low prices

Would the purchased shares be kept in treasury for possible M&A use OR cancelled in order to boost EPS and yield

Of course it would have to adjusted EPS as the stupid tax regime doesnt like us making a net profit after tax

I think BASF would think all their Christmas's had come early to get £3.60 for their holding in six weeks time

There would have to be some incredibly compelling maths in play to justify that deal, and blowing a big hole in the cash pile

Presumably the shares to be held in treasury for use in future deal making? Cancelling them would be a brave exercise in EPS and yield improvement
