Well there we go, Brent now over $69 and every penny of our initial gain has been lost. Looking at the intra day chart, redness beckons :(

Hopefully this isnt being caused as a side effect of the buyback

With the stupid wide spread its not exactly easy to determine buys/sells

What do we think of the trades around 20.5p? It was 19.78 to sell yesterday near close, and Im getting quoted 20.0p now

Amazing isnt it.....get a downgrade (usually Goldman Sucks) and dowwwwwn we go quickly, get an upgrade and we get a miserly rise which very quickly starts to be given back

Well to be honest, we will only be buying back circs 2.5% of our shares spread over around half a year. It was never going to set the share price alight imho, but perhaps lends a degree of support on a daily basis?

A distinctly lower amount of shares bought back yesterday - second lowest so far. Doesnt seem to be any discernable logic to the patterns... you would think if the price drops they would buy more not less. Who knows eh?

Hmmm Brent now $68 and no sign of any upward movement

My concern before the buyback was that we could enter an extended 'holding pattern' if we were at a level that suited management to be buying back the stock.

Hopefully im hypothesising out of my rear end, but it did happen last time. The saving grace is that this time, HBR is a different animal (he said crossing everyting)

A very much steady as she goes type of week, in line with the rather soporific underlying share price performance

Well....trying to be positive, we really should stabilise around here. Weve retraced just over 50% of the upmove, and are sitting at the level of the last peak from the beginning of July

The more times this warrant exercise gets played out though, the less inclined people will be to buy into the move up

People (me included) could begin to get cynical when upmoves appear out of nowhere only to be met with warrant conversions and a drop back down again.

Yes I can see it could be a chicken and egg situation ie....do they pump it on vague news to give a better converson profit, or is it just warrant holders being prudent with their gains? I suppose we could say it was the AI news that caused the latest spike, but this is AIM and all bets seem to be off

I dont think they will feel under an obligation to complete the buyback by year end. If they did, I think they would have started out with larger daily transaction totals. Could be wrong, just my opnion

Thank you for the nice feedback, but can we keep the chat about the buybacks off this thread, as I thought we agreed to keep this one for data only? Theres a "Comments on Buyback" thread I beleive; so lets natter on that one eh?

Hopefully we can maintain current levels as we are already 25% off recent highs, and these warrant conversion seem to change the tone of the market very abruptly indeed

As Lazarus said though, we are possibly getting close to an event that will render all this academic. Its just a shame though that as soon as an upmove gets going, it gets stopped in its tracks. The optimist in me thought the very good research uncovered over the weekend would have provided a spark, but it seems warrants trump all currently

Encouraging IMHO to see the actual share price recovering above the average price paid to date. This is the opposite of what happened during the last buyback, and to me, it felt like we were tipping money down the drain

If Sareum can continue to get the word out and prove its a winning collabration, then lots more people will get interested in our little micro-cap

Wouldnt be surprised to see a late reported dump of warrant shares. Todays reported trades dont justify a 2p drop. Then again MMs probably needed to pay for this weekends coke and hookers :)

My god there are some people here with a seemingly pathological hatred of this company. Obviously you wont be holding shares in a company you despise, so why not save some time, stay away from this board and maybe get some counselling? :)
