Seems there are so many frustrated Teddies here because the Covid-greed returns haven't matched other purveyors.
Not sure how a proposed AGM ambush would help the cause, other than to vent one's spleen.
It's about the core (expanding) product range for me.

With regard to timing and questions to be asked, LR has set out a clear timetable of quarterly Covid updates. If one assumes the clock began with the results update, then one would expect the first bulletin towards end Oct. If the AGM is around 18 sept (not confirmed) then personally I can't see LR releasing a numbers update just to satisfy AGM (virtual?) attendees.
He has already indicated his desire to visit N.America asap, so I expect he is focused on the bigger picture.
PR communication could be much better, agreed, but many positives to be had in my humble opinion.

Yes JAdam, not an ideal short-term performance, but heh-ho, you pays your money....still I do prefer the prospects here rather than me 0.1% in t'Halifax.
I still see any Covid benefits as a Brucie-bonus if it comes to pass.
For me the gold nugget is the IP with the dna workings from the Canadian purchase. This truly has value.
A word of appreciatin at this point for Dr Little who, although making a complete orchestra's with the patent doo-dah and the near-terminal litigation which ensued, nonetheless brought about the initial collaboration with Vancouver. Bravo dear chap.

I feel your pain and frustration that this Covid-linked Co. has not (yet) reached for the stars in terms of short-term share performance.
I do feel however, that the two recent presentations from LR provided sufficient directional travel, together with a decent sprinkling of target test numbers.
Writing to LR as some sort of pen-pal may provide short-term cathartic relief and perhaps boosts ones feeling of self-importance, but please, save any outbursts for the remote-AGM.
Personally I think the Welsh boyo has a super vision and strategy and it won't be that long before we'll be singing in the Valleys. Let him get on with the task in hand.

Good to see LR has swerved violently away from anything to do with the NHS re Covid testing which, quite frankly seems to be a pit of competing, generally unreliable kits and providers.
Of greater likely benefit is to aim for the corporate side of the testing market, better to protect the integrity of our product and secure much bigger margins.
I like particularly LR's reference to football: now, that would be a good one to land for the forthcoming season.

Yes can't fault LR's achievement in cleaning up the decks upon arrival. And outlining longer-term strategy. But Mr Market presently refuses to buy into the grand plan. The 'why not' and the 'for how long?' have become the great unanswered.

A little strange have not heard a dot of complaint or agitation for action from a single II, either new arrivals from the latest Placing or the longer term II holders. One assumes they must be satisfied with the Co. information they have been fed to date, even though we be excluded.
This fact keeps me invested here for now. Time-scale flexible.

CooperD, sorry to say you are beginning to sound oh so ridiculous.
Cringsing sums up well the performance to date and the current sentiment. Branching out into the Covid market has yet to show any true signs of explosive growth. We just don't know cos we aren't being told.
LR's grand planned target mkt cap of £500m looks increasingly remote, it would take meteoric organic growth as well as a serious number of bolt-ons to get anywhere near.
Will continue to hold but the (lack of) talking heads who run this Co. seriously need to get the SP out of this paralysis.

BOD might even try it remotely this time round, perhaps in the style of Trappist monks to avoid divulging any information.

As there are clearly a significant number of disgruntled teddies present on this forum (myself included), perhaps on this occasion the forthcoming AGM might provide a decent opportunity to get answers ,whether satisfactory or not.
Personally, I would like to get a meaningful reply from AR regarding two comments I believe he has made in the past: why does he think LR the best CEO he has worked with? And moons ago I recall he wanted to give back to private investors for the failures of his father in the Vialogy days. Is 18p a share job done, or does he expect 50p as I believe he also predicted at some stage?
And to LR: as a number of shareholders have been here for five years and longer, at what point would you consider PIs have been amply rewarded -18p a share? Or is your primary objective now to get the mkt cap to your target £500m, funded almost exclusively by private Placings and ever more dilution, prior to a predicted sale to a bigger player?
Plenty of additional questions I am sure.

Well, 95 million of the rascals now added to the total share count, and the trades resume their comatose state. Seems the participants of the Placing are happy to retain, although technically now in profit.Positive.

My oh my. That great predictor Twix has struck again: he says he happened to buy a few here, just before but on the same day of the acquisition/placing. Impeccable timing again from, one suspects, an arch fantasist.
Is this the same Twix who (yet again) has been so negative now on this share for many weeks, as well as stating as fact recently the next crash was "gaining momentum"?
I fear it is, two cheeks from the same buttocks one may conclude.
I fully endorse notaflipper's sentiments that no matter how much PIs huff and puff, in the end it is the IIs who will blow the house down ( or hopefully up in the case).

Not necessarily correct re the Directors, as indication was they could participate in the Placing

I note the undertaking and haste to get these new shares away by Friday strongly suggests the book is already full, likely to be oversubscribed healthily, and a few director buys thrown in for good measure.
