Holders have a right to be negative given where the SP is right now...option to liquidate will not be heard in the courts till Jan..patience is an over used word when it comes to PREM but clearly the ministry has stated that RHA ownership issue will be resolved sometime next week...company has no choice but to wait.

Of PREM while sp is this low....group is near 15% and accumulating. The lower it goes less it will drop when NewCo shares are allocated to PREM holders.

Pilbara Minerals was a slow starter like PREM...shareholders of that company was probably not very happy either in the first five years from June 2010 to June 2015....shareholders who stuck with it have, at its peak, seen their holdings 10 bag and over. Not saying this will happen with PREM but as investors you have probably calculated the risk vs reward ratio otherwise wtf would you invest in the first place.

Thanks Krell. Encouraging results from latest drilling at RHA's existing underground mine. Decision to equity ownership proposal delayed due to minor amendments to the contract and will be presented again at next week's cabinet meeting. I can see the door being unlocked to the RHA ownership situation and pave the way for NewCo to access Zimbabwe's rich assets. Worth waiting for imo.

Chippy - for that $4m we getting the capex paid for every asset thay requires drilling now or may have in the future plus the revenue stream it offers.

Read the capex involved in the bara report Charlie. No capex to pay except for cost of hiring workforce. Logical to incentivise based on results as mining is a results driven business.

Compared to Afritin Mining which is still in exploration stage, NewCo will have had a head start with RHA tungsten with a near fully developed working mine + plant and Zulu lithium at scoping study stage - both should have a clear path to production and DFS respectively - not to mention the prospect of finally getting to realise the potential of the Katete REE asset. This is made possible by the current plan to acquire the assets and management team of KME.

It might be worth having a look at the recent demerger of Afritin Mining from Bushveld Minerals late last year as an example of how the value of assets can be unlocked by a demerger and the speed in which this can be done if everything falls into place. Bushveld announced demerger on 2nd Oct and Afritin Mining's admission to AIM happened in just over 2 months on the 9th Nov.

Tedoby - I have a spreadsheet that I've put together to give me an estimate of projected revenue based on varying grades and concentrate price for RHA. It might be worth sending this to you for comparison with your figures. Still gathering the overall consensus of the group in terms of potential valuation of newco assets. Good info Tedoby. What's your valuation of NewCo's asset at admission on AIM and once the milestones have been completed for both Zulu and RHA?

Phil - current valuation of companys stake in circum is currently at $10mil + as indicated on PREM's website. The company's own valuation of Zulu at its current stage has it as $17mil if you take into account the deal with KDNC. The current value of both these assets only comes to half to what it should be according to the mcap.

Will - the time it takes to liquidate is not as long as you think..PREM fully prepared to take this route as most the legal work has already been done when the company decided to impair RHA as an asset. e.g.. mining licences has already been secured by RHA subsidiary in Mauritius. The decision to wait for govt sign off was taken after promises from govt officials and letters of intent to deal with the RHA restructure was received...few weeks later and we are still waiting so the company now has to decide the best course of action given the situation that we are in.

Danakili Ltd which half the size of Circum and 50% owned by the govt listed at £220 mcap. If we use this as guidance for evaluating circum valuation its going to be upwards of £440m+ which means our 5% will be worth £22m+. To me that's erring to the side of caution.
