Prospect of KME restarting the mine back to full production as soon as the 1st tranche of funding is received for NewCo will add significant value when it comes to evaluating RHA as an asset.

Value of RHA as an asset is currently equal to zero in PREMs mcap...final conclusion of RHA ownership restructure will add value back in the books as a tangible asset...impairment value was $8mil+ at 49% ownership, therefore $16mil for 100% ownership or $14mil+ for 90% imo will be added back once it all comes to finality.

RHA will be 100% owned if PREM takes the liquidation route, 90% if govt signs off the equity restructure. Either way it's a win win situation for PREM.

We are patiently waiting for things to unfold...George keeping us up to date with what's going on a daily basis. Some are restless which is understandable given where we are sp wise. We honestly think that the company is going in the right direction...and we have voted in favour of NewCo. Ultimately, the deal will unlock the assets and Circum basically guarantees that holding PREM is worth the wait.

In PREM. People need to remember that both George and loyal shareholders have a holding of 600mil+ and 1bil+ shares respectively. Looking forward to getting our matched % of allocated shares in NewCo. Will also be pushing as a group for dilution protection at least for the $6mil raise.

Imo your issues and to be honest mine included have a lot more to do with the timing of our buys and lack of judgement when taking on risk together with lack of knowledge of how the AIM market works. We are like lambs entering a slaughter house when we decided to invest in the AIM market. We are clueless compared to these guys who do this for a living. Its so easy to blame it on others but have you actually looked at yourself deep down and think wtf did I do this. Ultimately it is you who decided to invest...nobody pushed you to do it. I knew that I took on a lot of risk with PREM but saw the upside was huge and so accepted the risk associated with it. Moan all you want I don't care anymore but one thing you should know is you need to take responsibility with your actions.

Limit the damage? Traders were buying in the low 0.12s to 0.15? I think you mean they guaranteed their profit by having a stop loss.

If you think these traders lost money in the recent drop, you are more naive than I thought.These traders will have stop losses which would have been triggered for protection.

Don't worry mal I'm trying to find a way to hide my discontent but surely anyone who is a genuine investor in PREM for many many years should not be collaborating with a known troll like Valhalla. To me it's not personal it's just the right thing to do to remind people that these 'supposedly' genuine investors are not what they say they are....scum in my eyes.

Best way is to filter them but you end up with an empty bb....if I filter most of these scum bags I will end up chatting to myself...
