I agree tedoby....that deal has opened up a lot of doors for PREM.

Also, there is a possibility that drilling costs for RHA could be reduced if PREM chooses the same drilling contractor for Zulu who are willing to do it for free. Further to this, RHA has a lab which does all the analysis of samples in-house which reduces the cost even more and speeds up the process.

IMO the debt owed to his trust will either be extended again or will be paid by some sort debt mechanism as opposed to equity or type of equity with conversion..GR points out that dilution is the last place he ever wants to go. His holding of 475mil has been diluted enough.

Also, GR will not dilute holders anymore...he has communicated this to the group many times from webinar and calls to him. RHA will be funded by JV or a new offtake agreement after RHA sign off. KDNC to fund zulu DFS.

I'm connected to have over 1 billion + shares, George and the board holds just 500million+ shares...all are holding and we won't sell till we get some serious profit. We represent over 22% of the total in circulation not to mention the ones that are holding not been in touch yet with the group. To sell at this low is not an option for me....which is shared by almost everyone in our group. Most have put a sell order to stop shorters from using our shares.

Set a sell order high enough so that it doesn't execute. This will take your shares off the market and will stop shorters using them.
