PREM is a risky stock..like most junior miners stocks on AIM. I take responsibility for my actions when I pressed the buy button. I know that I could lose it all but yet I took the leap coz I have done my research and I know that the potential upside is huge if GR can pull off the deals that he has promised us. There will be a time when all hope will be lost and can say bye bye to my investment.

Mal..dont think it's fair that people are shot down for bigging up their investment and yet trolls are allowed to spew manure all day long on these boards. Valhalla's post as if he has a right to post on here. Yet if you have seen the posts from him, we are suppose to do nothing while he trash talk the stock that were heavily invested in.

Bickmaster, nice post but you kind of spoilt it by not knowing what a PEA is but I get what your saying anyway. I hardly post on here....today just happens to be my day off. Arc Minerals shares is now worth $283,930. At this rate, PREM will breakeven in a week. Lock in period is 6 months so by Oct PREM will have access if needed.

Govt unlikely going to have that sort of cash lying around..PREM is willing to exchange the money owed to them for more % of RHA. Chamber of mines has already agreed with PREM that they will get 90% of RHA. It's a done deal...just waiting for the paperwork to be signed sealed and delivered. RHA ownership issues and RHA & Zulu JV deal about to be concluded in the next few weeks. There is a deadline looming for all this to be concluded at the AGM.

I would hate to set a deadline for PREM but this one deadline that PREM shouldn't miss.

This was the email reply from GR himself: We are aware of these requirements and we are working to try and complete negotiations before notice of AGM.

The annual report deadline is 30th June...ideally all negotiations have to be concluded so that it can be included in the strategic section of the report. GR will be aiming to announce the JV deals at the AGM. AGM notice period is 3 weeks by AIM rules which gives PREM by the end of this week (next week is pushing it) to release notice of AGM RNS.

Um..PREM had both concentrate and carbonate routes...not decided then?

PREM is taking the concentrate route based on the capital investment required of $64m...dont think that was in the RNS last Nov.

Good point Ihavenoclue. Prospect Resources' Arcadia Lithium Project is still at PFS stage (upgraded last Feb to 40mt) and they are in the middle of raising funds worth $55m to build and develop their mine/processing plant to export concentrate with the aim of getting further funding to build a lithium carbonate plant. Not saying that PREM is at their level but I think the PFS for zulu lithium there is enough there to do a deal.

This profit forecast is based on JORC- 2012 compliant Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 20mt at a grade of 1.1% Li2O, containing around 21,000t of Li2O. This Mineral Resource Estimate does not yet include the positive drill results received following the discovery of the New Zone and expansion of the Main Zone. Remember that the target was 80mt.
