ACRM shares can't be sold till Nov 18. Loan is secured on the sale of ACRM shares in Nov. The only question is why give PREM only 60 days to pay it back. When is the election btw?

Moljen, is my maths wrong?? 6,128,822 arc mineral shares x 4.5p (was 4.72p at one time today) = £275,796.99 which in today's exchange rate is $367,339.53.

6,128,822 ARCM shares is actually $374,754 so PREM is up by 74k.

AGM will likely be in Switzerland again so its unlikely many will attend. Need a voice to represent us to make sure that we have a say in any decision PREM makes at the AGM....5% is about 340 million shares...i can get the ball rolling by gathering emails together of shareholders? Didnt we only have 3 weeks in December of the plant running continously? Before that they were doing some tests on the open pit?

Before Xmas the plant was running at 700 tonnes per day...it would only take 14 days to feed 10,000 tonnes of ore from the underground mine. If the grades were that low, why couldn't the plant run at 28 days doubling their output to meet the design target?

How long would it have taken NIEEF to pay back what they owe to PREM?? 5yrs 5mths @$300k per month if average ore grades were 4.72, it would take longer if average drops. It's in Zim' s interest to give full ownership of RHA to PREM. This way they get tax revenue, income for locals and business to local contractors in a short period of time.

Ore grade average would need to drop to 2.12 for mine to be unprofitable.

10,000 tonnes of ore x 4.72 grade = 47,200 kg or 4,720mtu wolframite x $340 atp price of tungsten x 0.68 (32% discount to noble)) = $1,091,264 revenue per month just from the underground mine. Breakeven is 4500 tonnes equivalent to $491,068.
