RNS could land anytime29 Jan 2019 22:34
With any of the following outcomes IMO:
- the long awaited Circum IPO finally comes and PREM's 5% circum investment gives the company, who are not locked in btw, the funds it needs to advance the zulu lithium project to drill the fk out it to get it to DFS stage. SP will rocket high enough to pay KME with shares (locked in for x amount of time) or could use part of circum windfall to pay for it. PREM will effectively become a mining contractor/explorer/producer in Zimbabwe with a licence to drill but full focus will be on Zulu and RHA. The company has already made applications for EPOs (Exclusive Prospective Order) to the MOM to acquire mining licences or more of it for lithium, tungsten, copper, gold plus many more. Funds could be made available to develop RHA but imo the company must put an end to funding this mine until we have majority ownership. If govt keeps playing hardball, company must make the decision to take the legal route for us holders to move on. The wait for RHA equity ownership resolution must come to an end. The formation of Newco does not have RHA on its critical path so this could be happening in the background. Also, LTH will be looking for GR to fullfil his promise for a special divi from the circum pay day.
- Another scenario could come with a rns stating that Zim govt will give PREM the funding it needs to get RHA back to production. The purchase of KME as a mining contractor will still go ahead as part of PREM or NewCo could still happen but with a lot less dilution.
- the last scenario is the company keeps on waiting to get the 90:10 ownership deal or funds from the Zim govt to get RHA back into production. There is not an unlimited time to wait so an rns will probably come to say that the company will take the legal route. The company may sell ARC shares for working capital etc. but I doubt they will take it this far. The logical thing to do would be to take the legal route. Demerging to Newco with KME will go ahead dependant on funding and shareholder approval but not critically dependant on RHA ownership issue. Shareholder approval will depend on how this Newco venture will be funded...as time goes on the closer we get to circum ipo, it puts a likely scenario into question..why cant we just wait for circum ipo to fund all projects/plans under PREM?
