If PREM receives govt funding at $6m this week which will bring RHA back into production and fund zulu drilling to DFS stage; expect an announcement of circum ipo or if one of the circum holder buys us out which could happen anytime now; and if EPO is granted for the extra 200km2 land at Zulu......funds from this will help pay for KME/HBR, push SP north and lessen the dilution at the next raise. At 0.11p, I will be buying more to bring my average down this week.

Gold is the single largest export earner in Zimbabwe and its output has fallen in recent years. For an economy that is flatlining, the govt will tend to PREM's needs more favourably now that it is to become a gold producer. This is the reason why I think next week's meeting will finally push the govt to act and give PREM the funds it needs to move forward.

Going round in circles here moljen..like i said before the point of purchasing KME is to drill PREM assets and not to be used to generate income for renting out drilling equipment. If you cannot see the value that could be created in getting Zulu to dfs stage and develop other assets then i dont see the point in explaining things to you. I think its you who is avoiding the answer.

I thought I was clear in my post..the dilution effect wont be at 20% if those 3 things I mentioned comes in which will push sp up north significantly. PREM expects these things to happen as explained by GR during the proactive interview...I dont think the company expect holders to agree to dilute their holdings at 0.1. GR himself approx. holds 8% so the dilution would be a lot worse for him.

Will the eventual value of prem's assets outweigh the potential dilution to our holdings...to me depends on what can be achieved and at what sp. If PREM can close the $6m funding proposed by the Zim govt, acquire the 200km rights to claim including more land around Zulu and the Circum announces IPO in the next few weeks..SP will surely rocket between 0.5 to 1p IMO as it will derisk the financial aspects of the KME/HBR deal. No worries about dilution at those levels IMO.

Moljen, you need to rethink your argument...the point of KME is not to generate income from renting out KME drilling equipment ...its going to be used to mainly drill at Zulu and other projects (existing and future). The value in getting the Zulu lithium project back up and its potential upside will be huge as it clears the path to getting Zulu to DFS stage.

Not getting my hopes up though.

KME will be headed by the management team from AFMINE based in South Africa..KME owns the assets only.

GR did go on record that he will step down once he has steered the ship in the right direction...im looking at the map of zimbabwe and the epo location is right bang in the middle of where all the minerals are where the majority are gold fields. KME headed by AFMIN management have vast experience in mining gold in the past...so to me mining gold and lithium may be the direction we are heading.

EPOs last 3yrs to 6yrs...so company is taking the opportunity...the gold mine has a time limit also.

Zulu lithium private company, if epo is granted, will have rights to peg a claim for more land around the Zulu site. It will also have rights to claim for other minerals discovered within the 200km2 area.

The Zulu lithium project will be 100% owned by PREM and the news that it could get bigger plus a clear route to take it DFS stage with the purchase of KME as mining contractor...this will derisk the project enough to attract a strategic partner to move the move it forward.

"We plan to commence drilling at Zulu as soon as possible, and we further look forward to expanding the scale of Zulu pending final approval of the recent Zimbabwean Gazette of Zulu's application for an Exclusive Prospecting Order for approximately 20,200 hectares in the surrounding area.".......the size of Zulu will be 200km2 which is massive. The application for EPO was sent on the 10th Jan. Takes 21 days for consultation/objection process which I believe has passed. News of EPO being granted for Zulu could land anytime.

Yes bottompicker..GR sold 30% of circum for $5m plus 2% free carry back in the day to fund PREM.
