Loan account is with PREM and not with RHA ltd. Zim govt funds contributing towards the payment of the loan account. At the webinar that the loan account would go down to $14m. IMO the funds can be used to purchase KME as it is this company that will be doing the mining development at RHA. Upto PREM to use the funds for working capital.

Just realised that the $6m govt funding quoted by GR during the webinar will go a long way to help PREM with working capital. This is another positive for long term holders. Expecting details of the financial agreement and schedule to get RHA back to production anyday now.

IMO Many have long positions on spread bets for this stock...brokers pay or have an agreement with traders to troll/bash the stock on here to prevent new money from investing in PREM. Not saying all posters with negative views are trolls as there are plenty of reasons for them to be negative knowing PREM's history. If you are one of these people invested in PREM who only wants to see the negative side, logic dictates that your not going to sell your holding as the losses would be too much to bear. You would also be lying to not think that the $6m govt is not a positive thing for PREM. GR has hinted that he is going during the webinar so for those who wanted him gone that would be a positive outcome. He also said that although funds for working capital is needed he will not raise at these levels. Fear of dilution is there but we still have a say if the KME/HBR purchase will go ahead or not. Plenty of news to come to be positive about....next RNS confirming the details of the govt funding agreement and schedule to get RHA back and running.

Mrmagoo - I wouldnt be here if I didnt think it could reach those levels with the assets that we have..still a lot of hurdles to overcome but I believe we are on the right path to get there. RHA when it starts producing could generate $5m a year which at P/E ratio of 10 for a junior miner like PREM should give us a market cap of $50m. The funds should help PREM get access to the higher grades ore. GR quoted 7p a share for Circum when it starts producing and that would add $35m to our value. The Zulu lithium project will have a clear path to DFS with KME on board reducing the cost of drilling down to $45 per meter. The cost of drilling will be funded by offtake agreements IMO and the extension of land around the existing Zulu site could attract a major strategic partner to develop Zulu. The lithium concentrate net present value (NPV) of US$127mln and lithium carbonate NPV of US$718mln will do wonders to our SP in 13 months time. The HBR gold acquisition has an NPV of $84m just for the RAN mine alone. The other 2 sites will add significantly more. So 1p to 2p is within our reach...will need to overcome many hurdles to get there....we are about to get over the first hurdle with the govt funding in the bag.

We had a hint of good news today....just a hint of what's to come. If you compare it to having a 5 course meal....we have just been given the menu. In this menu or plan in PREMs case, we have the RHA govt funding as the starter and the waiter is about to tell us whats in the starter....expecting RNS soon.

SP is currently priced as if the company is about to go bust..RHA back into production is worth 0.4 IMO as the value of this asset will come back on the books...with KME on board with he new management planned, the project execution risk is lower than what it was before RHA closed back in Jan 18.

according to GR, will be paid its equivalent in Zimbabwean bonds which is printed and released by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe. The govt has the funds and PREM have the projects and soon to be in production mines at RHA tungsten and possibly 50% of HBR's gold mines/open pit that would create 100s of jobs for its people. IMO the govt is holding out for the best possible deal for its people and to boost export earnings. When everything starts to fall in PREM's favour, it will be a different company in a few months time..with the right management team behind it.

They didnt lose it...they appealed and the current court judgement is for HBR to get a court eviction order and not necessarily just give notice for the people to move on. HBR have since started the process which require a 30day notice before they can be removed from the houses.

HBR has applied for a court order to evict people (not miners) illegally dwelling at the RAN mine houses. The Minister of State in the province, mines ministry, local authorities have all given the green light to evict the illegal occupants. The 2 articles circulating in the media are not factual and full of uninformed comments from one of the local councillors who happens to be in the opposition party. Stop spreading muck you know nothing about.
