RE: Total value of PREM's assets31 Mar 2019 20:17
Raise to start work on Zulu was made on 26th Feb and this has not been factored in the working capital. If you look up the 7th Nov RNS re Restructuring Zim projects, the cost of completing the Zulu lithium project dev to get it to DFS stage is $1.5m. This covers the 20k metre drilling programme, road upgrades, logistics, management fee, sample prep, etc. PREM has paid KME 25% of the total to start the mobilisation of rigs and drilling. Total time allocated to complete the project is 13 months which if costs does not go over £1.5m is $115k/month which is roughly 3 to 4 months worth of drilling. Rainy season in Zim is supposed to end today and Im expecting an RNS to inform us that drilling has commenced any day now.
