RE: RHA's potential6 Jan 2019 13:31
The money raised in 2017 was not just for Circum....some of it was used to pay for zulu PEA, RHA plant modifications, RHA dev work and working capital. GR took out a loan + raise mainly for circum. Then he realised taking out the loan was a big mistake so he raised again to pay back the loan. This period between Aug & Nov 17, SP peaked at 1p and settled at .75p in Aug and 0.38p in Nov 17 which resulted in approx. 50% dilution to our holdings depending on when you invested. GR made the decision to invest in Circum as an opportunity to see multiple return in his investment. Naive to think that it will happen straight away but the risk to reward ratio even at .11p IMO is still in our favour. The recent news that the zim govt will invest to bring RHA back in production is huge news and totally unexpected. PREM with zero debt still has control of its future. If short term capital ARCM investment can be cashed in.
