According to the management contract in the last RNS, RHA needs to be producing in 100 days which is less than 4 months. Its all there in black and white.

"The board of RHA will agree the Management Fee that will include a performance related adjustment, which requires first concentrate shipment within 100 days of receipt of the new investment."

Just a reminder of what GR bought and what imo could happen the minute the $6m is in the bank will result in the revaluation of PREM's assets.

RHA - $9.75m (impairment value) + $6m cash balance

Zulu - $4.29m (PFS)

Circum 5% @ $1.25 a share - $6.25m

ARCM @ 2.5p a share - $165k

Total value with RHA funding: $26.4m or £20.24m. Est. share price @ 0.253p

When RHA is fully operational and producing in 4 months time will add est. $5m a year and $50m or £38m to prem's market cap.

Add circum investment if a buyer decide to buy prem's 5% @ $3 a share will add $15m or £11.5m

Total value with circum & RHA producing could be $85m or £65m. Est. share price 0.81p

Add Zulu valuation after EPO is granted and it reaches DFS $??m

MTL - jam tomorrow is what most junior mining companies offer but they dont have the assets that PREM has. I agree with you that we need a new leader at the helm but it doesnt solve the issues that we currently have today which is lack of funds. GR will go eventually as soon as he steadies the ship.

glosman - I get what your saying. The shortfall is only £100k. As soon as the $6m funds are cleared, KME will be fully funded to drill at RHA. Maybe they will take the loss or be willing to wait for PREM to pay at a later date in exchange for the big drilling contract at RHA.

This is a junior micro cap company...it doesnt have a lot of room to maneouvre due to lack of funds. Also, they are aware that holders do not want their holdings to be diluted further. Currently finding ways to fund Zulu dev without dilution. The situation only leaves us 2 options IMO - wait for circum (possible news next week) or the govt gets involved somehow by investing into Zulu.

KME wanted PREM to pay for the difference if they sold their shares at a loss. PREM didnt have the funds resulting in the drilling campaign for zulu to stall. The 212m shares are still with PREM. The company looking at ways to raise the shortfall since then so its still an ongoing situation. Email the company to verify if you must.

Hoping next week's meeting will result in a buyout offer of PREM's stake in Circum or the dates for IPO.

Currently the 212m shares are in PREM's possession. They have not been traded or sold. PREM will return the 212m shares and take it out of circulation so effectively total share count will be down to 7,826m - reversing the dilution.
