Raise for working capital issued 444m shares. Simple maths = 7,594m + 444m = 8,038m total shares in circulation. I can get comms from the company if you need proof that they were never issued or sold. The issue of these shares were dependant on the KME acquisition deal

Mol - read up on forward looking statements and total voting rights of the same RNS. The plan was to issue them. It didnt happen.

Getting this $6m is a big deal. Procedural tasks that needs to happen - let it happen. FFS if you cant wait for a few days then there is something not right about you. If the timelines are not meeting your expectations then sell up. We are not getting diluted to develop the RHA mine. Mine will be producing in 4 months time. Whats not to like??

Mol - count the number of total shares in circulation - should be a lot higher than 8.038bil. We have not been diluted coz it was never issued or sold.

Payment of $6m already in the bag. No conditions linked to it that needs to happen first....referring to the implementation process which is good news.

We were at 7.594 bil b4 the raise for working capital (444m) and initial zulu drilling (212m). Now total shares in circulation is 8.038 bil. The 212mil issues shares were never sold.

Shares for initial zulu drilling were not sold btw. Check the total shares in circulation before and after.

Smiley - A decision has already been made to fund RHA when NIEEF signed off the $6m. To get to this stage, I expect the govt have done their due diligence before signing a legally binding contract to part with the $6m to PREM....so no doubt that this is really happening. The implementation process is all about putting the plan into effect including the payment of the $6m to PREM. Not sure what's involved in the implementation process but Im thinking it will involve the validation of the budget, project planning, site inspections, etc..No work can start until the $6m payment is received which I believe will be paid in full so this has to happen first.

PREM's loan account will be down to $15m after the $6m investment.

Filtering non holders out really makes a big difference. It makes discussions with fellow holders a lot easier. MTL - reason for tying both drilling contracts together could mean reduced costs for PREM.

MTL - I think the intention is to further Zulu dev using funds from the Circum investment. Initial drilling for Zulu is already paid for at opex of circa $75 per meter. Ive been told that rigs are being mobilised but dont think they can start drilling until funds is received for RHA. I believe RHA and Zulu drilling contracts are tied together as part of a deal. Ive asked the question hope to get some answers back. PREM will not be able to raise a significant amount without shareholder approval.

Smiley - I dont think the trolls appearing on the board makes any difference. PIs Im associated with continue to accumulate everytime a milestone is reached. Some are kicking themselves for not doing so sooner when the sp was at rock bottom at 0.75. Its risen 50% since then and todays RNS, backed up by comms from GR, I expect the SP to recover at a constant pace.

RHA assets fully impaired in last year's accounts therefore not reflected in SP. Current MCAP is less than the Circum investment alone worth $15m or more when Circum IPOs. Again, thank you for trolling PREM and reminding us the true value of these assets.

We also have a processing plant within months of going back into production. Wolframite concentrate price improving also. We will soon have the funds to develop the underground mine to get to the higher grade ore. A lithium deposit with potential to be one of the biggest in Africa. We have trolls not invested in the company who cant stay away from PREM because of these assets....thanks for reminding us the huge potential in holding PREM.

Thank you for your concern. Thing is this is happening with other AIM companies but I dont see you commenting on their boards?

After today's RNS, this is just a matter time. I dont get why they need to comment if they are not invested.

The RNS today was about the management/funding contract sign off which was one big hurdle PREM needed to overcome. Now its finally happened we look forward to the events that will follow.

It's all there in black and white that the $6m funding has been signed off. At least acknowledge the fact this is a big deal. Reality is PREM dont have the progress before this and now they have it. This is progress. It may have taken a long time to get there but its progress.

Final sign off did happen. Its a legally binding contract between prem and the govt. Spin that whichever you want Moljen.
