Clearly the lack of funds is hindering the progress of PREMs projects. They are trying to find ways to getting hold of these funds without diluting us shareholders. This is clearly happening with the $6m funding from the govt to get RHA going. GR also stated during the interview that the PREM are not looking to dilute us to develop Zulu. Will use other means eg. circum or a JV partner who is willing to invest, This is a good thing but you cant expect things to happen straight away.

Drilling at Zulu was not paid because the KME deal did not happen. Company should have said something earlier but they chose not to which was a mistake. They are waiting to get a bigger slice of Zulu b4 drilling...I get this but they also need to get a move on b4 the rainy season starts. Look like in life there is a lot of things that we need or want but if you dont have the dough you cant force it to happen.

So PREM are waiting for the EPO to be granted to look at a greater area at Zulu makes sense in a way to attract the big boys to invest. 3.5km2 is too small an area. Expanding the scope to explore at an area of 200km2 gives PREM greater chance of success in attracting a major company to JV or maybe the govt would like to get involved in the action.

The $6m investment has been signed off and no conditions linked to it. So I dont think you should be saying ifs...rather when

I like the idea that the purchase of KME drilling equipment will be covered by the $6m investment. Question is how many drilling rigs do RHA get.

When RHA is cash positive in 4 months, Ive been informed that profit distribution will be used to pay towards the loan account and to its shareholders which is us. You can verify this with GR if you must.

RNS 9th Nov re Conversion of Director’s Loan total shares in issue on date of RNS was 7,381,648,492. New shares total of 142,045,455 were issued for trading on 16th Nov.

RNS 26th Nov re raise for Zulu drilling total shares were 7,594,062,285 which adds up from the previous RNS. If the 212,413,793 shares were issued as you claim it did, it wouldnt add up. Simple maths.

They cant issue on the same day as the RNS. Read up again...they are usually issued for trading a few days after.

To add to this, there is no risk of further dilution when this $6m is in the bank. PREM will get the whole amount in one go.
