Fish, If i was then prem would be at 14bil shares by now, BOD would still be drawing a full salary and not reduced with 50% paid in shares, we would still be in the dark on KME drilling issue (not that we know much) and I wouldnt be sitting on a huge paper loss like most here.

I take it back...minority could mean less than half of the whole amount. So I would agree with using 'some' shareholders.

Sorry, its actually more. £150k = $190k + $400k = $590k. Worth suggesting it to the company as this could be a goer. It will break the deadlock with KME who can sell the 220m allocated shares to them at a later date when the sp is higher...

Yes wolf, £150k would pay for initial drilling at Zulu. The 220m shares allocated to KME can be sold at a later time hopefully after the sp recovers. So essentially PREM will get $650k worth of drilling.

Agree with Chippy about concentrating on one asset. The strategy of developing multiple assets was a good at the beginning but after billions of shares have been wasted, this is no longer the best route. We should just be concentrating on RHA as it is offers the nearest route to revenue producing. Zulu is 13 months away from DFS from the date when the company eventually finds the funds to develop it. Circum is close according to GR. Wait for this to unfold.

Company still has options on the table. No debt to force it to sell any asset. Pressure is coming from the lack of progress of the company's assets in the last 2 years and where we are sp wise. The debate your having here with the sale of circum assets - already gone through the options with the BOD and GR has already said that he wont sell at a loss and most LTHs agree to this after waiting this long.

Chip you are better than this...some have suffered unfortunate circumstances due to losses...have nothing to show from years of waiting and backing the company...have nothing but hope for all holders in prem
