On a serious note, it takes a few months notice if your going to table a resolution to remove a CEO from his post in an EGM. Will probably take as long to organise a group big enough with real people from scratch to make the EGM happen. Finding a new CEO with experience in operating in Africa will take time as well. GR has already said he will step down in the past..dont think he will let go until he finds a suitable successor. Why not wait for him to go. He already said that he is not going to dilute us anymore to fund Zulu to dfs (from past interviews). Binding contract to receive $6m funding from govt is due anytime now. Offtake opportunities being worked on for RHA. Circum is close as suggested in the RNS. Cost of running the company is minimal as it can be. Let it unfold. Dont let the agenda driven egotitistic ramptastic super motivated beyond control individuals with nothing but supposedly your interest at heart dictate what you think on a public bulletin board.

Agree with what your saying Crocker...PIs are looking for a quick fix which I can understand. But an EGM to force a quick fix is not the answer. Anyway good luck in proving that all these 'supporters' hold or are willing to reveal their identities from their multiple IDs. The rules for holding an EGM....it requires real names of people not pretend ones on a public bb.

Shares paid to directors/employees/third party cant be sold within the close period and are most likely locked for directors.

Projects can start when funds are secured to pay for them...it has to be fully funded with a decent drilling contract that does not cost the earth and managed by people who knows what they're doing. I would rather have the company stay afloat than be bankrupt by doing deals with contractors that they cannot afford.

Directors salaries has been reduced quite a bit looking at the amount paid to them in shares. 50% paid of BOD salaries were paid in shares as we were informed in the interim report in dec 18. Employees paid in shares too. Close period starts 30 days b4 annual report is due on the 28th june so they wont be able to sell within this period.
