My guess is £1.20 … but be prepared for the boredom factor to bring it back down again over the subsequent weeks. The only thing to stop that happening is the perceived risk of missing out on the imminent commercial deal, which I think is worth between 5p and 10p per share for every £1m of revenue.
If we win and the jury rules for wilfulness then Judge Judge Gilstrap will apply an uplift factor for wilfulness, but it’s not very relevant really. This farce ends with the German trial (if we win it) and at that point Nanoco sets the price. Period.
If Gilstrap applies a high multiplier for infringement it means that he perceives an egregious breach took place…. which will increase my confidence in us winning the German case, but I don’t believe it affects the final settlement or the future royalty.
