You obviously don't understand shares Gig. A buyer of an existing share, who then benefits from a subsequent increase in the share price does not receive anything at the expense of other shareholders other than from the shareowner who chose to sell them the share. If they buy shares issued in a fund raise, then it is the board of directors who have caused any loss to the existing shareholders, through dilution.
