Yeah - we already know about the £35m and it's already priced into the share price. That's why the share price remains firmly where it is now.
However, I'm sorry to correct/disappoint you. The first instalment is $75m and the legal fees will be paid out of it, leaving $15m... which equates to about £12m.
Next year there will be another $75m and we keep all of it... but the market knows about that one too and it's already reflected in the share price. That's why the share price is and will remain firmly where it is... with a gentle drift downwards, until we see some money coming through the door from a commercial contract.
