The settlement was for worldwide use of the patents, including China, so there will be no continued patent case in China or anywhere else with the exception of perhaps Mars, if Elon Musk can get things moving.

What kind of leverage? There doesn't appear to be any news there other than to advertise a Chinese law firm trying to take credit for the settlement.

I bought a lot at the low 20's and through to 40p, so I have an average in the mid 30s.

I will revisit Nanoco eventually. No rush there.
