Senior Managers buy ~1700 shares at just under £6 per share..... less than £10 grand in total! Dig deep folks.
Either Wood Group don't pay very well such that senior managers can't rustle up more than £10k between them or perhaps they're not really confident. Maybe they should take a loan out from Provident Financial (or better, buy shares in PFG). I bought then changed my mind and sold at a small loss.

LONDON (Alliance News) - John Wood Group PLC on Friday announced that several of its senior managers managers bought shares in the oil services firm on Thursday.
The FTSE 250-listed company said Sue MacDonald, executive president of people and organisation, bought 667 shares at a price of 571.00 pence each.
Shares in John Wood were up 0.8% to 569.50p on Friday.
Bob MacDonald, chief executive officer of specialist technical solutions, bought 700 shares at a price of 571.00p each.
Nina Schofield, executive president of health, safety, security, enthronement and assurance bought 79 shares at a price of 571.00p each.
Lastly, Andrew Stewart, chief executive officer of asset life cycle solutions, bought 264 shares at a price of 571.00p each.
