Coincidentally, I was watching a youtube video this week. He appeared as a guest on 'This is Your life' for Bill Fraser, a fellow comedian. The audience were cracked up from the start.

Tommy Cooper was absolutely amazing. One of his jokes starts off so stupidly I begin laughing but have no idea how it ends.

A fellar goes into a pub and asks the landlord, "Excuse me, is this The Anglers or The... Anglers".

Just cracks me me up when I remember his face telling it.

Yey..Tig! I've often wondered why we do not get more 'bar-room' chat come through the grapevine. Apart from those things that are totally secret , it seems obvious to me that blokes (and women?) would want to chat about what kind of day they had had. Well I've read some interesting stuff on here but It think what Jerry wrote last night had the same word content as the whole of his previous posts added together! As for you panama, I would love to be a fly on the wall when you metaphorically say "Pah!" to those it may concern.

I wish I could add an interesting 'rags to riches' story to the pile but alas, I cannot. I am the wealthy son of an oil baron who decided to spend his week's wages on an explorer instead of the horses and, after sticking a pin into a pile of names, decided upon GGP anyway because it had GG in it. Naturally, being born lucky, it was inevitable that I would succeed and am now eyeing up the purchase of a small country for my next venture. Australia looks interesting.

Tig...have no fear. I intend to live off a GGP pension for many years. :)

Guys, I hate to drag this old post out again but it is time nevertheless. Originally written in April of this year:

10p a new car (current one is 17 years old lol)
15p a house in Portugal
20p a new house and a car
30p as above and enough to live on very comfortably (50p total and utter bragging rights forever

Never mind later this evening. One of the great things about being retired (one of the dangers too actually!), is being able to get plastered at any time. Couple this to the fact that I have a wine box here of 5.5 litres at a cost of 8 Euros and the result is better than any GGP/NCM joint venture. What a day! What a week so far and what a month this will be. Cheers!

Quite MH. It seems quite amusing that we have a thousand minds here working on different scenarios, what 'ifs' and 'maybes', on a daily basis for seven days a week. Yet not one, person to my knowledge , guessed the contents of the rns received earlier this week. I think we should take on the Clouseau 'expect the unexpected' and leave it there. :) Won't happen of course.

I would be very, very surprised if GH did not know, within a very small margin of error, what is officially being awaited from the labs and I am sure has considered this as part of the master plan.
