Lady Mush was asking me, after I had tried to explain to her what the extent of the find at Havieron alone could and should be worth to the share price, why it was still so low compared to this figure? Heck, the more I conjectured, the greater the glaze spread across her eyes. Anyone good at layman descriptions? :)

A very pleasant day indeed. My only concern is seeing our sp rise for no apparent trigger. I think to myself, "who would wait until the sp reached 23.5 to buy, when they could have bought in the 19s for several weeks prior to today?" Hmmm.

Morning all. Bamps, you are like a one-man drilling machine, drilling into the data and explaining to the rest of us what the discoveries might mean as a potential resource. You don't seem to need any refuelling either, often popping up early morning with the latest data sheet.

Your straightforward approach is a welcome 'pillar' here and stands proud of general chit-chat, (which I don't mind in the least until it descends into nastiness and unfortunately, that has occurred regularly since the turn of the year).

I do wonder that the sheer magnitude of what we have under GGP's umbrella is what is causing this disruption of sentiment. E.g. How would we feel as individual investors if the sp exploded to ten times the current value? Could we even take the pressure of watching it move past 38p and not cash in?

Life-changing amounts are potentially on the horizon. Can people, who wanted something a little better than a 1% savings plan, deal with that?

Even I, Mr Upbeat, am feeling totally dejected by this fall BUT (there is always a 'but'). As the fall continues down into these stoopid levels, it does give rise to a 'fortunately/unfortunately' scenario:

Unfortunately, the sp has fallen to a level which is much lower than it should be, given the gigantor resources soon to be poured into shiny bars and sheets. Fortunately, it leaves room for a whole new batch of investors to climb onboard who can feel that they too will now benefit and not just the old school holders who bought in at one Bolivar per share.

I remember, back in my Geography A level days, drawing a large map of Brazil and filling in the major towns and cities, each bearing a bubble into which I wrote the main industries and agriculture for the surrounding area. It was a way of remembering these details for exams.

Sometimes , I feel I need to do the same for the tenements held by GGP. Each would bear a similar bubble giving potential value per type of precious metal and per site. If only because the potential taken as a whole is truly staggering and difficult to assimilate.

Someone on the board (speedy?) said that making a huge gain is almost too frightening for some investors and a kind of 'reverse psychology' kicks in encouraging them to cash out early. That may have happened over the last three months of course because the potential here is huge but complicated.

You don't half get some oddballs on here and no mistake. On the other hand, you see the same things occurring on other platforms e.g. Twitter and Facebook. It's as if all those people who used to be either locked up in loony bins or at the very least standing on soap boxes at Hyde Park Corner, are now able to have their say via social media.

Sarcastic, mocking posts that make Gary Lineker look funny are now an accepted part of the comments seen on all boards and the only way to deal with the perpetrators is to hide them from view.

Anyway, it still looks like the sp is being held back to me.
