Just remember the facts:

- test is based on just 56 samples from why I can see.
- bizzarre obfuscating RNS about porton down testing, which was a way to hide their failure.
- They haven’t said if they are sending to testing to porton down again or not or other government agency.
- mcap of £700 million. Any failure and the fall in SP would be huge.

Ultimately the test has to be approved by the government and they have set a criteria it has to meet. Can they meet it in the next few weeks is the question.

Not talking about anticipated mcap after relisting but once the takeover is complete tonight/tomorrow, what will be the nominal mcap? Would it be what it finishes on the last trading day or is there any additional dilution etc to factor in.

Is it HSBC investment arm that holds shares here or is it HSBC as nominee holding shares for their share dealing clients (which I am one)?

Avacta has no approved test yet.
It has not been tested on south African and Brazilian spike protein. It will need to, if they want to bid for tender.
And it takes 20 minutes I believe.
Brh has hundred of samples for validation whereas avacta is based on 56. what happened at porton down when they tested it, will the company send it back there for validation?

No I sold mine at just tiny under what I paid for, so got out with a little loss last week.
