Not for anything that SNG will be doing but what Merck and Roche will be. If their respective P3 for their oral antivirals are successful, it’s curtains for SNG.

December is a make or break month for SNG.

I have small position here and with Roche one… backing both horses.

I am just pointing out the reality that will be upon us by December. Not saying that they will be successful but that their P3 readout will be out then.

Many seem to be unaware that three giants (Merck, Roche and Pfizer) are pursuing oral antivirals for Covid and phase 3 results for two of them (Merck and Roche) are due by December and they will apply for EUA straightaway if it’s successful and steal a march on them. The market share for SNG could evaporate by the time they are ready for EUA application.

If there is a choice between similar efficacy levels oral antivirals and nebuliser form of a drug, oral antivirals will win the day.

Getting everything ready for application upon successful readout. But by December, there could be oral antivirals with EUA already.

Russky - wind has gone out of the sails for this sector. Need some clear cut thumping readout from someone. The placebo effect is very large in these experiments.

Phil - Thats fair enough, holding them account to the deadlines they set. Whatever the results they should put them out there.

Boonco ... with respect, that is not true. The terms that you use so liberally mean nothing without statistical significance. Blautix has a very tenuous statistical significance in the combined group from the readout RNS. Note that its not significant in either of the IBS classes individually.

My point to PhilGekko was that be careful for what you wish for, anything tenuous like that again and it will tank the share price far quicker. Music to Sang's ears ofcourse, as he has a magic money in the garden for endless top ups :-)

As an example I read their Bleautix readout from last year, and did the statistics, moving around one or two patients here and there can make a big difference from being "statistically significant" to not. The statistical significance is very tenuous.
