Jolly - he is selling, but is he obliged to sell to cover positions. I don’t think that’s the case. He is selling because he wants to reduce exposure in this sector. That, fundamentally is my point.

The sector hasn’t lived upto hype. One bad result and this will crash to single digits.

why is the big seller wanting out, when supposedly big news is around the corner. As some of you know my views, I am very sceptical of this sector and 4d in particular whose technology in a nut shell is still old school culturing of single strains and going by the recent interview, the CEO looks like he drives buses at night. The whole sector has not lived up to its hype. One reason that there isn't any updates is that the data publication will tank this further. Much of this sector was in hype phase, every time someone publishes something, more and more realism sets in.

Going back to my question..... where is the floor here? I think single digits.

TMS - my view is generally closer to yours, but give him credit for saying he doesn't care if it goes to pot as he will still be up. Thats good strategy. However, agree with you that the is far from certain and whenever there is cloak and dagger business on AIM, it always leads to massive disappointment for the punters.

Rather surprising culling of the CEO within a year of the IPO. Give the new CEO at least 12 months to develop and execute her strategy.

What’s to stop them from delisting from AIM and go for Moscow listing. I am aware they are saying dual listing … but this is Russia and nothing is straightforward as it seems.

In their pitch deck... they mention sng as competitor with expensive and laborious process (or words to that effect) etc.
If you can disentangle the exact nature of the relationship between spectrum antimicrobials and SpectrumX, I will be keen to know. I did ask searching questions, but didn't get anything satisfactory.

I will give you one head up … they don’t own any of the IP. I couldn’t disentangle the nature of the agreement they have with the company that actually develops and owns all the IP, even after conversation with the company.

You can actually buy preferred shares in the US company that owns all the IP. They also have an ongoing funding round open.

Punt with only what you can afford to lose. SNG cash position is what 40 million once P3 is done I believe. We are looking at SP crashing to 20-30p. It’s what happened to Atea, it’s sitting little above the cash position.

If you are looking at something that can do 10X in the next few months….. take a look at NRXP on Nasdaq. Covid treatment that made it to active phase 3 like SNG. Their own phase 3 reports by end of 2021.

Fraught with risk, and lots of shenanigans in-house. Partner company is taking nrxp to court for breach of contract… despite that lot of upside if it comes good. DYOR.

SNG not rated by the government it seems. Pfizer will report at the same time as Sprinter and yet the Government is signing deals with them
