I’ve been looking at the background of some of the companies Ronjon has touted and wonder if there’s ever been any discussion on here about why Superbio.ai incorporated in the U.K in

It looks to me a perfect example of our proposed new model, ie a first class life sciences Ivy League graduate, subsequently taught in the ways of AI by Ronjon, taken on for a year by R42 as an “Entrepreneur in Residence” (ie incubated) and then launched with R42 investment through Superbio. Small team, big ideas, great potential value.

But the Entrepreneur is American - there is no link to the U.K. whatsoever. So I just don’t get why they’d incorporate here unless the plan right from the off was to seek investment from U.K. listed companies (because the whole process would be easier for the listed entity), or maybe to attract U.K. tax advantaged status ((EIS VCT qualifying etc). If that is the case, then Ronjon’s whole Capai plan has been in his mind for quite a bit longer than I’d thought.

Please forgive me if I’m barking up the wrong tree, or if this has been discussed before. Im still researching here!

All exciting. For me, three are moonshots. One is nearer term, very achievable, and could accelerate the other 3.

What perhaps excites most isn’t necessarily the most investable, at least right now.

We should get a TR1 anytime showing Edwards holding increasing by 400m. By my reckoning tomorrow at the latest, but could be intra day today.

Interesting to see the absence of 1m sells this morning….

Blocking investors asking legitimate questions isn’t the way to go.

Not on here yet, but ABDX put out an RNS Reach this morning confirming Yates is now a Director of FOFH, and that we “retain” 19% of FOFH stock.

I don’t know if that’s been done following my pressing for an update, but I guess it explains why they weren’t replying to me - needed to tell the market first.

I think it’s interesting, and just can’t see why Ronjon would get involved unless he had an interest. Whether that has anything to do with us is yet to be seen, although I certainly think it’s interesting very possible given the timing of things.

But if it does then Archna Sharma is also interesting, because she is a Board Member at the Independent Publishers guild, “The UK's largest association of publishers, supporting 600+ members with events, resources, training and much more” (at least according to LinkedIn!).

That means access to a much much wider base of authors than just those associated with Boundless. Equally, I think it worth noting that Author42 may not just a book writing assistant, it might assist with any media or creative publication. Hence why Hugo Drayton is interesting.

The warrants are a pain, but they’ll be churned soon. TR1 anytime to show the replenishment of Edward’s stock and then who knows where we will get to.

If you look even closer you’ll find other interesting, although I admit potentially irrelevant, things.

The company in question is called Boundless Publishing Group. The other Director, appointed the same day as Ronjon, is Archna Sharma. She appears to have been involved with a number of other publishers. Interestingly one of these is United Authors Publishing Ltd (which seems to be the company in distress), to which she was appointed a Director on 26 Sept 24. That same day Hugo Drayton was also appointed. He is a NED at Gfinity.

Gfinity, of course, have recently pivoted to digital media and connected tv advertising. So through this connection Ronjon is gaining access to publishers, authors, and like minded media AI companies.

As I say, interesting but most likely irrelevant. Or is it….?

Interesting isn’t it that the company he’s just been appointed to was only incorporated on 3 March, it being something very much appearing to be a phoenix from the prior business in distress.

This is particularly so given he was appointed to our board a week or so later…

It’s almost as though jigsaw pieces are coming together…

Seems plain to me that this may have been all part of planning conducted in the months up to March.

This article confirms that Ronjon has recently been appointed a Director of a traditional book publisher currently in distress. Companies House shows his appointment was 28 May 25.

Now, that’s not a business he appears to have any prior connection with, nor is it the kind of thing you’d expect him to have time for or get involved with given his other commitments and AI tech focus. That is, of course, unless you’d just built an AI book writing assistance tool and are looking for a publisher through which to commercialise it.

May be nothing to do with his CPAI plans but the timing is interesting given all the surrounding context.

The RNS explaining the stock/loan arrangement confirmed that;

“ The Company will issue and allot 400,000,000 Equivalent Shares to Mr. Edwards within three business days of the delivery of the Warrant Shares to the relevant holders of Warrants”

We can assume he delivered the warrant shares yesterday at the latest. So by the end of the week we should get another TR1 showing his holding replenished.

There were plenty who sold out thinking he had disposed of stock. When the next TR1 comes through I suspect we may see a pile in as people realise he hasn’t, or think he has bought 400m!

True. Equally though, making layoffs now doesn’t instil confidence in their closing any of the “significant opportunities”, at least in the short term.

The results aren’t great. And it seems to me that the recent layoffs were necessary for a going concern statement to be made.

“ As a result of this uncertainty, during May 2025, the Group undertook a restructuring which resulted in a reduction in the size of the team. Together with other costs being eliminated this has resulted in significant savings for the Group. With these cost savings we expect that the Group has sufficient funding for at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements and until one or more of the significant opportunities close which will further bolster the cash position of the Group.”

Wired posted this a few hours ago - a video called “Every Cyber Attack Facing America”.

I think that’s a stretch - Im sure there are plenty more.

But it’s well worth 20 mins to watch, and is scary.

So much attention is focussing on how AI can accelerate software development, and companies in that space are seeing bubble valuations as investors try and ride the sentiment. I just find it incredible that so little sentiment is attaching to companies like NARF which will prove crucial to protecting those valuations, as well as the critical infrastructure and defence that global society is now based on.
