We’ve no reason to doubt SC wasn’t delivered on schedule, or that it’s now ready for commercial launch. As Neil says, it’s that launch that’s the real news, plus details of any strategic partner.

One thing I would say is that Bassi’s loan cap wasn’t increased from $3m. It currently stands at $2.8m. That tells me the company doesn’t think it needs more capital.

The only observation I have is that for a little while we had a sizeable bidder in the auction wanting stock at 0.4, even though the quoted is offer was much higher. Now we’ve come down to that, the bidder vanished. Don’t know what, if anything, can be made from that…

If interested, the Superbio.ai founder did an hour long interview with the founder of Centivax a week or so ago.

Centivax are blazing a trail in universal vaccine development, and are looking to start first human trials for a universal flu vaccine next year. This is precisely the kind of work Superbio could help accelerate, which perhaps explains why its founder landed the interview.

Remember, Nags first successes were in fields he’d been working in for a while before the herd decided they all wanted it. For me this is very similar to Superbio, which has been at it for at least the last 4 years.

I’d love it if we could get involved, even if it came with a raise. Remember, $500 made Nag $12m after 18 months! Perhaps a long shot, but I still find it intriguing that Superbio incorporated in the U.K. despite the fact it’s based in the US, and founded by an American (there are no obvious U.K. links).

I’d add that by my reckoning total trade volume since the beginning of June, when the warrant holder could sell his 400m shares, has been about 1.6bn shares. So if they’ve not washed through yet, they must be damned close.

So, if we do get news, and the (warrant) brakes are off, who knows what might happen.

We know we’re in an evaluation/prioritisation phase. Certain options are clearly being considered (we’ve been told about them). Both Capai and Ronjon have put polls out to gauge wider opinion -after all, I would imagine all parties want the first project(s) to generate investor interest/traction and they want to know what we see as a priority. Ronjon is in the U.K. until 4 July and, whilst he naturally has other commitments whilst here (like his talk on Tuesday), you’d think that finalising first projects would also be on the agenda.

And, if truth be told, I’d have thought all parties would have had a pretty good idea about where they wanted to start before any Director appointments or agreements were made.

All in, my view is details of first projects will come quickly now and may even be next week. That will be interesting, but so will details about how they will be funded and what contribution Capai needs to make.

As at 31/3/24 we owed Bassi £$1.55m. Now, 15 months later, it’s $2.8m.

That support reflects the business pivot, and the extent to which Bassi believes in the financial returns that will result. If he didn’t believe he could have demanded repayment, raised, or secured financing elsewhere. In short, he’s whacked in a further $1.3 to help the business transition, without dilution, because there is benefit to be had and which he does not want to dilute.

Agree - ongoing and significant CEO commitment to the business to help it manage cash flow timing mismatches. Understandable given that over the last year we pivoted away from chasing GR&D contracts to much higher margin SC GS&S contracts, and commercialisation, about which we are told to expect news “soon”.

We’re all expecting news, whether it be confirmation that SC is complete, delivered and ready for commercialisation, or news about a partner to accelerate commercialisation. But I’ve learned on AIM that just because you expect news doesn’t mean you’ll get it!

There only thing that’s currently certain is that by 31 July NARF must publish results. We’ve been told to expect breakeven with not less than $5m revenue. That’s not important to me. It’s this year that’s important, and current guidance is not less than $8m excluding ANY commercial revenue from SC.

But we know Platform 1 bought it, that we were talking to at least one other dept in March last year and that DARPA were “walking us in” to others (as confirmed in the March 24 IMC presentation), so my real expectation following final SC delivery this month, and validation from P1 as a first GS&S customer, is that we will see a flurry of other govt depts following suit, each paying $1-2m in the first year and nearer $1m each year in recurring revenue. And then there is the commercial opportunity which, in my view is massive, given SC is designed to protect the against social engineering attacks against critically important software like the Linux Kernel upon which a host of infrastructure and business (like AWS for example) depend.

I don’t think it’s going too far to say this year could be transformational for Narf and the news to kick it all off might be just around the corner. Part of me is hoping news doesn’t come next week though, because then I’ll be able to whack in the kind of money Johnnyy has at what is a steal of an SP IMHO.

The “Equivalent Shares” were admitted 9 June.

The Warrant Shares were I think delivered to the warrant holder at the beginning of June. Those were existing shares which could have been immediately traded.
