In fact, I am now certain that contract HR00112190094 is the right contract. It was first signed in June 2021. NARF confirmed in an operational update (pre IPO) that this is when they were contracted to develop SC. That contract has been amended a few times over the years, but the FPDS site confirms it has an ultimate completion date of 13/6/25.

I had another 650k this afternoon anyway though!

So, tomorrow COULD be the day we hear something.

Platform 1 are releasing V3.0 of “Big Bang” tomorrow

Big Bang Big Bang is essentially a pre-integrated suite of tools designed for zero trust, multiple DoD environments and built to meet DoD cybersecurity requirements. Previous releases have included integrations from companies like Anchore, who travelled the same path onto Platform 1 that we are.

If you have a look at the Narf contracts on the FPDS.GOV site, and in particular contract HR00112190094, you will see the current action has a completion date of 13 June 2025. Note, I am not at all certain this is the relevant contract.

And, of course, we were told by Bassi that “ The latest government award under this program (see RNS dated August 2024) brings total Social Cyber funding to nearly $4 million. In coordination with a key early government user, Narf is scheduled to complete the final phase of development in June 2025, culminating in delivery of a solution ready for release and broader deployment across both government and commercial markets.

So, we have a new P1 release and a contract completion date both occurring on 13/6, being the same month Bassi said we were to complete work ready for release.

Thin I know. If it does happen tomorrow I doubt we will get any RNS until next week anyway.

The only thing perhaps worth noting is that ABDX put out a LinkedIn post about it, and apart from all the usual suspects I see reacting, this one had two or three from Zoetis (from just 36 reactions).They are the largest animal health company in the world(used to be part of Pfizer), they do therapeutics and companion diagnostics, and have been a client of ABDX for many years already. And the part of the business we’ve always dealt with is the EU division.

So if I were to guess, it would be them. But even if it is, I have no idea what the test is for.

Interesting as well to see this was a European customer - we only did a total of £1.235m in that mkt for all of 2024.

FY 2025, which I suspect we’ll get an update on in early July, may not shoot the lights out with £8.6m revenue expected, but 2026 revenue seems very well underpinned by this new contract, the malaria work, and FOFH.

Never great to see redundancies in a business…

Our latest $6.8m contract is numbered HR110025C0013.

If you sort by date order you’ll see the contract award signed 30/1/25. On 19/2 there was an administrative amendment (P00001), and then a funding amendment on 10/3 (P00002). You can get more details on each entry by viewing them.

If you do you will see monetary values assigned in three areas;

“Base and all options value”, meaning the total potential value of the contract if all options are exercised.

“Base and exercised options value”, which reflects the amount DARPA has formally committed to spending so far.

“Action obligation”, reflecting real money DARPA has committed right now

The original 30/1 contract confirmed a $6,815, 887 base and all options value, a $2,599,766 base and exercised options value, and a $580,295 action obligation.

The 19/2 administrative amendment increased the base and exercised options value by a little over $89k

The 10/3 funding amendment increased the action obligation by a little over $931k to $1.511m

So, it seems likely that we will book nearer $2.7m in the first year, with a little over $1.5m representing cash already earned. Nice to see everything on track.

It does appear that the modifications aren’t published in real time. The 10/3 amendment only showed today, so a three month delay.

Viewing the entries gives more detail. So, the original 30/1 shows the full $6.8m contract

$99k IE revenue to 31/12. $850k now. GNIP must surely be operating on a cash positive basis now given large reported costs don’t repeat. Very happy with that.

And it’s just for one of the two offerings.

As small contract in and of itself.

But $850k IE revenue since October seems pretty good to me. From memory, we were told only $99k of this was to year end, so $751k of this is just from the first 5 months of the calendar year.

Surely we must be operating on a cash positive basis now given the large reported overheads don’t repeat.

And that is just one of the two offerings.

Referencing the 29/5 RNS, FWIW my guess is that the Brazilian government agency GNIP has contracted with is the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES), the primary agency funding the RenovaBio initiative (Brazils National Biofuels Policy)

From what I can see, BNDES supports RenovaBio through the BNDES RenovaBio Program, which provides financial incentives to biofuel producers who meet specific carbon emission reduction targets.

It seems to me that our offerings could assist BNDES in evaluating and supporting biofuel projects by providing data-driven insights into the market potential of new technologies and identifying leadership capable of driving innovation in the bioenergy sector.

I don’t know what the current RenovaBio budget is, but for 23/24 it was $700m. So, an important govt policy in need of tools to ensure it’s big budget is spent wisely.

Forgive me (still researching!), but I see we’re currently had some larger after hours prints reflecting trades from Friday. Is that normal here? Anyone else having problems with HL - “technical issues”

The point is that nobody here expects to see any different Sharebel. Nothing is going to come as a shock. This is an investment on what will be, not what was.

It’s an important question. Who wouldn’t want to live longer with good health and a continuing ability to contribute. But there are really significant issues, not least resource strain and economic impact.

TBH, if tech did manage to increase longevity then it would filter down through society over time, most likely with those who can afford new technologies being first. And that in itself potentially raises issues.
