GC named Volz filters as our German Partner. The U.K. arm of the business is run by James Marsh and Jonathan Thornton.

I see these guys set up a company called Volz Financial Services Ltd on 9/11/20;

The nature of the business is described as Financial Mgmt/ Mgmt consultancy.

Found it interesting because;

1) It’s called Volz, so would seem to be linked to the Volz group
2) the nature of the business seems completely different to any other Volz subsid, all of which seem to be manufacturers.
3) it was only set up on Monday last week, and it was the very next weekend (ie that just gone) when P2F signed binding heads with Volz.

Don’t know what if anything to make of this, and there may be nothing at all, but I do wonder if this might indicate some investment in P2F.

Pretty new here. First invested at 6.18 and averaged down to last buy at 2.77. Have felt sick watching it fall. Then I listened to GC on share talk.

I trust him - he has integrity. I believe him when he says demand is huge, because I can see the value in the material he has developed and why people would want it, not just for current viruses (Covid, flu etc) but as the first line of defence against future pandemics. I like that we can licence it out to manufacturers globally who can quickly make it in bulk and sell it to governments, employers, social arenas etc).

I think to myself that companies like ODX are slathering about making a 75p margin on tests they can only make 2m of each week, when we could make money on hundreds of millions of these each week simply through licensing.

Personally I think BRH have sold the jewel in the crown for pennies.

Sounds a good size operation to me!

I’m not sure there is such a thing as HSE certification - I think the CE certification effectively satisfies all HSE requirements (happy to be proven wrong!). Am still confused about what certification they need...

Hi - am new here so forgive any ignorance and apologies if this has been asked before, but why stop at masks?

If the key is in the material then couldn’t it be used say for gloves or other PPE?

I noticed this on the govt contracts finder page, confirming an award to Thermo Fisher valued at £140m for the supply of saline tunes until 31/12/21. Published Friday (although the award made back in Sept?)
