There is one certain fact here now the sp is far too low for what is happening, however, the IM project really does need to click back into gear , and this month? I know the ML will still be an issue but that aside I think it's high time we had some news. If we do I see the sp flying well past 1p as for me it is ridiculously low at present.

Correct, and once we know and the market has it confirmed that H & W is all tied up by Institutional Investors or more or less, then there is no reason why a big rerate is not on the cards here!
We do need IM news now though and big news?

I am not sure that many on here understand the consequences of a four-fold increase in the number of shares in issue (mirrored by a quartering of the share price - funny, that.. ).
I am not so sue you understand basic maths? if the issue was 1.5B shares pre H & W and now it is 3.5B how does that equate to a four fold increase? I think you need to check that calculator!!

You clearly state that year end targets are now not attainable in your post. I must ask, if you are not privvy to inside information how you can state that the yearend targets are not attainable. My point is, if you know this, the bod clearly must know this, so why haven’t they informed the market. I agree the timelines are now probably out of the window on this, but, I also think this should be out in the open. We have had no news on IM for over 6 weeks now when it was announced in the last update that everything was on track and the targets were clearly set out in that announcement of what the further updates before the end of Q4 would be. Now I know the EU funds are probably outside the control of the bod, if so, why include it in the targets to be met this quarter? By including it in the targets it implied that the bod were confident that the EU money was to be received before the end of Q4? Or they knew for a fact that the money would be received before the end of December?
Also the chairman announcement is now way overdue, again this was issued as a target to be met in Q4 in the RNS 1 November 2019? Therefore I see no reason this cannot be achieved. If they were confident on 1 November of being able to make the announcement then it should be made.
I would also think that even if certain conditions are not completed i.e. consultations etc, the bod by now know who the finance partner is, and more importantly what the terms are? These could be released now by adding “subject to” in the notification!! Could it not! This has been dragging on for 12 months now so come on JW spill the bloody beans for goodness sake. The deal for H & W was triggered by the IM construction contracts and the cost savings to be had, therefore I believe some numbers must be there and the finance also must be nearly there, if not, then the huge contract promised for H & W some 200m in construction in respect of the IM project will certainly put a hole in that business? ie H & W bought with the understanding it would be handed the IM construction contract pretty damn quick to kick start the work for the many H & W workers currently employed by us!!!
So please JW, can you issue an update as soon as, at least to stop any speculation or rumours being circulated.

I tend to agree with Tango, logic would suggest that should Infa meet all the targets for IM this quarter, only a few weeks to go!!! then the M/Cap here should rocket. IM was before the aquisition likely to be worth "x"p! should all milestones be met, all though dependant on the numbers! ie the finance, that valuation hasn't changed? has it? or am I missing something?
In truth H & W is a separate entity under the control of Infa, therefore I suggest treat the two as eparate entities for valuation purposes.
I know where Set is coming from though, we are now under the whelter burden of some 3.5Billion shares and therefore the sp will take some shifting, but as I say if JW comes up with the goods then I see no reason why the m/v should not raise in reaction. We will of course need plenty of buyers and volume, so over to you JW, let the newsflow begin.
Also if H & W start announcing large contract wins then that will also lead to an uplift in the sp, again all if's? I see no reason for the Ii's to sell any time soon, spreadex are the only ones I am fearful of and they only have a small amount on their spreadbet books.
So if all goes well I could see a 1p easily here in a few weeks?

Why would the EU money be dead?
Infa have followed all the correct procedures as far as these grant monies are concerned, the grants were agreed as long as certain criteria was met. The EU has paid previous grant monies to Infa in respect of the same ongoing project. Therefore why wouldn’t the EU pay these funds which are correctly due to Infa. Unless of course the EU have suddenly changed the rules of the funding, in which case surely Infa would have been informed of that decision many months ago.
Infa have progressed the project without these funds, but, they have also operated under the belief that some of the costs associated with the project would be reimbursed by the EU as grant monies, this was an agreement with the EU and therefore unless there is some particular reason for the EU not to pay these monies, then they should be forthcoming. My belief is that if the money was not going to paid then we would have heard long ago, someone on here stated that the audit processes of these types of funding take an eternity to get through the systems over in Brussels!!! So with that in mind we should hear something very soon imo.

A fine statement you have produced again , I have some pertinent questions for you though, if I may;
You say, no production or revenue?
Question, do you believe that if Revenue starts to flow the sp will be higher?
Also do you believe it all centres around revenue? Or bottom line? How will revenue flow if your point in respect of survey’s etc are not addressed?
Prospects of eventual share placing?
Question, would you rather the board made these acquisitions with cash instead? If so where would that cash come from?
Lots of surveys etc blah blah blah
Question, isn’t that what the first steps are all about? Sampling, drilling, testing? Leading to production but in the right place!!! Or should we just dig up any old rubbish and try and flog it!!

It appears that prior to the H & W acquisition, II’s were a scarcity for Infa, therefore are we to assume that they have invested in Infa purely for the H & W side of the business? I think the answer to the statement is 100% yes. I wonder if some of these funds were involved with H & W previously? I will have a look and see if I can find out.
I would take this as really good news especially if the majority of the new issue is held by these institutions, as Si states we are now just half way through the new issue. If the majority of the new issue is going to be held tightly I see that as very good news indeed. It means the shares will not be traded in the short term and Infa will have a very good base of institutional investors who will be around for a very long time, assuming of course H & W is steered in the right direction. It also would mean that although the shares in issue has increased tremendously, let’s call it 4 billion, it does not impact too much on the potential for significant sp rises going forward.
Once H & W start logging contracts and attaching numbers to them I can a re rate here, added to which we still have the Q4 news incoming for IM, so for me a win win situation. Maybe it will be a Merry INFAChristmas again!!!! After all!!

Yet more excellent news, another super acquisition relatively cheaply adding to our ever growing portfolio of assets.
Get even some of these producing and this could be a huge company. Still a long way to go but the new bid appear focused on a bigger prize here

Good summary of where we are and reiterating the share lock in detail which I believe was a very good move by the bod here and did address any concerns for current holders.
I see this as a very interesting hold and buy or top up below .20, there is much potential and many shares are held off market tightly.
Also there was a very encouraging article on UFO by a well known investor I think it was recently, I was intending to repost the link for this but I paper to have lost it? Anyone else remember that?

From reading this, it tells me these II's are long term holders and will not be selling in the short term, why would they in any case as there is no profit in it for them. Also they would have invested in the belief the company has a bright future certainly in the short term and I suspect beyond.

As long as they don't take on too much debt in respect of H & W, although a certain amount will be required in the early trading stages, without cash you cannot run a multi million pound company! and the downfall of any company is usually a lack of working capital. You can have all of the orders in the world, if you ain't got the cash to be able to turn those into cash sales, you may as well not bother!!

InfraStrata (AIM: INFA), the AIM quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects, announces that it has received a notice to convert £100,000 of the first tranche of its £2.2 million loan facility with Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Limited (the "Loan") into 36,337,209 new ordinary shares of 0.01p in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.2752 pence per New Ordinary Share.

So could be Riverfort as they would be taking their profit!!! must be gone now though surely?
