I agree with you in certain respects although talking about 100/200% points increases is at the moment wild speculation. Or is it!! I have said before, yes there was a huge uplift in issued share capital to purchase H & W, it's still on the rise. But, as we know many of those new 2Billion shares are held by institutions, looking at the current position almost 40% are accounted for. Add to that the missing tranche from the recent enlargement and add the holdings of pi's just on here and you could be looking at 60% tightly held shares. Also into the mix is the fact we now have two distinct businesses, H & W and Island Magee, H & W represents just over 2Billion shares and Island Magee the remainder!!
My point is that too much has been made of in respect of the number of shares in issue, therefore I believe that as soon as a whiff is gained by the market that the ML is in the bag, the sp will rise significantly. Then the market will truly believe the project is on, and if FID follows quickly then the sp will be well over 1p.
Add to that the excitement that will be shown once any mega H & W contract wins start being released to the market, then you could see real fireworks.
Many if's and buts still at the moment, hence the sp is stagnant, but the upcoming weeks and months should be very interesting indeed.

Bearing in mind that 2p would equal m/cap of roughly 70Mill, if H & W were fully up and running say towards the end og 2020 with the Gas Storage project having being started and construction under way, I would be amazed if we were not heading up towards 2p.

Not necessarily a bad thing as you seem to imply.

I agree selling for a profit is a good thing, no matter how small. However, my point was aimed at individuals selling at a loss through lack of patience or research. That is plain daft.
Good luck with your profits, as I say, no harm in doing that.

Cash, well, I estimate the following, open for corrections;
Incomings
Raised £700K 1 August 2019 less costs (Say £100K in hand at that point)
Raised 210K 6 December less costs
Raised £6.0M 11 November less costs
Outgoings
Paid £3.30M 5 December (H & W Acquisition)
Paid £600K running costs December (£500K plus vat) so can reclaim the vat element back?
Then we have ongoing additional working capital for H & W to take into account?

Therefore at the minute let’s assume other outgoings since the raise in August were £75K per month say £375K (for Gas Storage element) the cash left should be circa 1.0M - 1.5M in the bank. Certainly not enough to complete the H & W purchase in April or pay Costain the o/s loan? But we don’t know what the income generated by H & W will be over the coming months?
Therefore we will need the EU funds, 1.6M before April and the working capital arrangements in place at H & W sooner rather than later.
Anyone care to throw in their calcs?

Are you referring to the Gas Storage finance offer? To move it onto construction level, ie the investor pays Infa circa £16M, our costs to date, and we, Infa retain a small % of the project ie 20% going forward?
The reason the sp is currently falling or stuck is because at the minute there are far too many unanswered questions and no concrete solutions.
a) Marine Licence
b) Finance for the Gas Storage project
c) What % will Infa retain
d) What cash will Infa receive for the project
e) Where are the EU funds
f) Further H & W Contracts
g) Have Infa secured loans to fund H & W
h) Where are we in respect of the FRSU projects
i) Funding available in respect of UK infrastructure projects following the recent UK elections
As I say too many things up in the air currently. One good thing is that the Chairman issue has been resolved, I expect therefore that more light may be shed on all of the above either pre the upcoming AGM or certainly February/March time.

Ah sorry I misread that post; I see that the £2M includes monies outstanding for the H & W purchase. We did raise £6M for that though, but, I suspect some has gone into running costs.

Just to clarify you state;
Clearly JW is depending on some form of government grants to keep thins going. Plus the EU grant of course. I don't know how much cash INFA has in hand but we need well over £2M to pay Costain and the remainder of the H&W money in the next three months.

However RNS date 23 Dec 2019 states
With the EU funds not being received before 31 December 2019, the Board has agreed with Costain Plc to extend the repayment date of the Costain Loan Facility ("Costain Loan"), originally announced on 04 November 2016 and due on 31 December 2019, with an accrued value of £810,669 as at 31 December 2019, to 31 December 2020 or on receipt of the EU grant reclaim, whichever is earlier.
Which is correct?

I think we can safely say cash will be required sooner rather than later but hopefully the so will be in the. 30's and recent raises if it is to be a placing have been well supported above the prevailing sp.
No volume here currently so if there is a short supply of stock then if volume appears expect a decent uplift.
As I have stated before a nice little share to be in at the moment. Plenty of news flow to come.

A bit harsh that mate, 0 out of ten for the storage side. Many milestones were set and met during the year, so personally I would score a 5/10 for 2019. I think everyone accepts that the ML is now the key issue here, once granted anything is possible.
Tango, agreed we need an update on those EU funds, as I said yesterday if they are not with us before 31 Jan then I would wave goodbye personally. JW whats the score? have we made any further progess on this issue?

I'm sure the institutions do not follow the sp by the hour, usually they show support for a company based on long term projections!!!
In this case the projections will pertian to H & W and as we have only just acquired that business I'm certain the institutions will only take note once trading/contracts/ etc are underway in a serious manner, ie when financial results are announced.
Therefore thay will not be interested at the minute.

Yes. 0.12p was a wee bit ago I think much has happened since then. I've been buying these all the way from under.0.10 up to. 018p and if it drops back to buy around 0.17/0.18I will buy more.
I can't see too much of a drop here unless a fund raise was announced at a big discount to where we are now.
A nice little share under the radar at the minute with a good share issue so good liquidity although I believe many of the shares are held tightly by p. It's and bigger fish!!!
This could certainly move up considerably this year whether it will be as big a move as EUA I'm not so sure. Plenty going on though and Bill appears to very knowledgeable and focused

That's fine by me, get them out before the real news starts to flow. What we dont want is them selling into the positive newsflow and holding any significant rise back. I'm fairly certain that over the next few months the news will be very good indeed and therefore the sooner Riverfort are gone the better.
I note we have still not heard anything in respect of these EU funds owerd to us!!!
are they going to pay us? if so I would expect the funds in pre 31 January if not then I am not sure we will ever receive them. These are getting on for 12 months overdue which is not good! shame on the EU and good riddance to them.
Any news on Snowman anyone?
