All very good news and bodes well for a big success being made with H & W.

However until this bloody sp starts it's correction it is all talk and speculation.
When we see a sustained recovery here I will take note of these snippets, but in the meantime I remain scepitical and settled, in the fac,t that the sp is going to be stuck down here for the foreseeable!!!
Good news in any case in these times is drowned out!!
Note, despite a 5% surge in the FTSE today Infa has not moved one jot?? it has moved plenty to the downside over recent weeks despite the good news in respect of the EU funds being imminent, but no upside movement whatsoever. I don't believe even if the ML were to be awarded any time soon we would see any movement? maybe down if the markets were crashed on the day the news was released!!!
I will now forget about all my stocks until Autumn when a little normality will have returned to the markets, hopefully and Infa can then move out of the doldrums and start on a long journey north on the back of excellent news both from H & W and the IM project.

No gripes at all with JW he appears to be working diligently behind the scenes and I am sure that in a few months time, SS Infa will awaken and arise like the slumbering giant it is!!! or will be!

Put quite simply if the company has issued a statement confirming thes funds will now be paid, they will be paid, otherwise the RNS is illegally reporting untruths. I doubt whether JW or indeed their brokers would agree to such statements. What advantage is there to INFA by stating the monies are coming when in fact they are not according to you? I cannot comprehend what you are on about. You are clearly making mischief here which is not wanted or needed, therefore please shut up.

Nonetheless all good and eventually the market should catch up with what is happening here and the sp will, I say will eventually re-rate.
Infa now set to come out of the stormy seas and head northwards, as soon as the markets become more settled.

Good summary and a massive market overeaction as usual. Jesus wer'e talking about a flu strain here for goodness sake? Mind the Russky's didn't help in respect of the supposed oil deal on production etc!!
My advice is keep calm and carry on, do not sell at these silly prices, markets have a habit of rebounding and so it will again. Also ignore the clowns!!
I will be buying here again shortly to add to my already growing stash of UFO stock, it will be well worth it in the long term imo.

I have given this a strong buy rec again purely because it is way undervalued at the minute, not helped by the placing or current market conditions I admit but still way too cheap.
Bill appears to be doing a splendid job here just awaiting the "big news" to land.

The stockmarket goes up and goes down from time to time some panic some sit and wait or buy cheaply because as sure as day follows night it will recover. Calm down Jez you're a bit of a panic queen I wouldn't like to be in the trenches with you that's for sure Jeez!!!

The company will receive an official reply shortly? when is that likely to be? February 2021?

I would think it should have stated the company will receive the funds shortly should it not? why would we be waiting a reply?

I cant see what the issue is personally, the funds are rightly ours, agreed by the EU when the grant application was submitted! EU up yours, get those funds into our bank account pronto and stop pi***** about for goodness sake.

As for you comments re new investors I will do some checking see what I can ascertain. The $120 loan re the acquisition was approved way back in December so I take it that was paid as stated in the RNS. I believe this round of funding relates to Donavan initially and before any JV is agreed UFO would have to demonstrate they were financially viable. I cannot imagine any partner agreeing to a JV under any other circumstance can you, both parties would need to be fully funded as full due diligence would be instigated before any deal was signed off. I agree appalling timing with what has happened in the markets since, but, as someone on another board the fact that UFO a tiddler got away with a £700K placing does suggest the market was open to the placing but at a reduced price? I would have liked it at 17/19p area personally but it is what it is.
We can currently buy just under so have the opportunity to top up as when if you believe the story. Markets in turmoil may suggest you hang back for now as you may get in cheaper for a top up.

I assume you refer to "existing investors" that took part in the placing although to be honest we could buy cheaper in the market now.
I wouldn't worry too much regarding that if that is what your concerns are I would much rather it be that way round.
Still see a bright future here in fact showing 10%up on other sites but once the markets settle and Bill keeps the news coming I believe this will be a good little earner for 2020.
