I assume the board cannot announce any contract etc re H & W until they own it!!
Then and only then can they issue any contract news.

Got one aspect correct here the sp is hanging around the. 030 mark which is what I expected, otherwise a bookbuild will be a pointless exercise.
Let's see what the outcome is at the end of play.

Agreed Tango no point in selling at this juncture in any case. This in my opinion is the float of a new company ie H & W which is much larger than the old Infa so it depends on how the markets view it. I'm surprised there isn't a trading halt but I belive the sp will stay around the. 3 mark today otherwise the book build will be pointless when you buy in the market cheaper.
So a bold move by JW if it comes off we could be looking at a multi million pound company one day if as you say all the ducks line up.
Crucially though once the placing is done I will be looking for multi million pound contracts rolling in at H &,W that could be the only reason for taking this on and indicating that a ramp up in workers is coming.

This is a huge move from such a tiddler and will either be a company changing one for the better or a huge mistake. The clue will be in the book build result if they get the cash then a very good sign if not what then. I think we have to see it through now because if everything does come together then as I say we will have a very different beast here.
Poor fayre though that everyone knew about this before the shareholders!

Well we've not had any solid good news all year that's why the sp is where it is.
Any good news tomorrow depends on how accurate this story is and how much equity is to be raised. Good news will be in the way of contracts at H &, W and some numbers included. The mms will hammer the price if its a case of raising x amount at the current sp without any positive news thrown in.
I don't want to sell at this stage but then again I don't want to be in a position of awaiting the good news for weeks and months and nothing arrives.
Looking at the latest rns for IM everything is on track but its high time some meat was now put on the bones and in addition the Chairman should be produced now and those EU funds should be forthcoming pronto. All good news items but all overdue.

It was in the rns 1 Octiber, the administrators BDO would have put a market value on the assets after they had drawn up a statement of assets the value was 11M that is the value in a fire sale. Moreover the assets once being fully utilised could be worth anything? Put a finger in the air and come up with a number. Therefore 6M appears to be a snip and is why JW is all in with the deal!!
BTW why do we need to raise 6m we only need to pay 3.3initially then the balance nxt April, therefore why would we be paying it all up front?
I think this is where the press release is wrong I believe we will need to raise 3.5m at the most here and that would be a stretch at the current low M cap.
We could be on a position by April to raise x amount by debt as we will own 11m worth of assets and they should be bringing in cash by then so we will be in a much better position for debt raise?
So I don't think we will be looking at 6m in the morning personally that is incorrect journalism and inaccurate imo.

I agree and that was in the rns 1 Oct regarding working capital requirements again debt being mentioned.
If the press release is correct then yet again we have huge leaks whereby the city knew in advance and it was leaked to certain investors hence the low sp currently? Very poor

Yes you could argue that point but it was always stated this will be a mix of debt and equity, judging by this press release its all equity?
Doubling the share issue in one hit is not something I have much knowledge of that is why I believe JW needs to have some real positive news tomorrow ie contracts in the mix with some numbers to be able to sell this to the market!

What doesn't add up is that they have a loan facility of 2m in place with r/Fort therefore why si we need to raise 6M? And we already paid 500k so why 6m
That figure may be the misleading figure in the press release we may be looking for less?

I agree, that part may be speculation but I doubt it. It would be nice if it were higher but I guarantee it won't be in fact bookbuilds can sometimes lead to a lower price? Depends on the interest level. That's why JW needs to have some positive news tomorrow both on H &, W and the IM project then he may have a good chance of selling this to the market and stabilise the sp. If really good news then the sp may even go up, but as I say there needs to be good news as well in the morning, if not sp down 10% on open.
Squeaky bum time for all holders but as dawski says hang in there for a few weeks then we could see a good push north in the sp but we will need lots of million pound contracts coming in for H & W

You could argue that the market is closed therefore this news is able to be released and as it is in respect of an historic asset in particular to N I then I believe this news is probably correct and true. The news may not contain everything that the company may say tomorrow but in essence the rns in the morning will confirm the press release.

Surely we wouldn't be contemplating buying H & W if there was doubt surrounding this, the main thrust of buying this asset are the cost savings for IM so if JW doesn't have the finance sorted after 12 months of negotiations then I would be amazed.

Well if contracts are signed that's good business by JW and well before the official backstop date, so congratulations to the bod.
Roll on Monday am for the good news, surely the so should rise on this news and if JW could throw in some contract news for H& W at the same time that would be very good news indeed.

Agree some of the reasons put forward on the board today are fantasy!

JW did have a period late last year and early 2019 where his RNS's did go down well and the sp went on that fine ride, upwards, do you remember when the sp did actually rise!!!
This year however has been tempered with delays and negative news, on the other hand these projects do take time. I would think they are awaiting a piece of the puzzle to slot into place before we can move forward.
I'm reminded by Dawski's comments the other week, choppy seas ahead he forecast, well he got that spot on, did he know something? or had a whisper? he did say that 2020 will be much brighter though!!
