I agree no RNS today and market manipulation following some comments on the old twitter. Still think the market is nervous and that relates sloely to the H & W acquisition.

For me this is all about financing the H & W purchase, nothing else, it's quite a daunting step for a company valued at 5/6M to raise 6M to acquire a business.
The funds will be taken at a punitive rate theres no doubt about that, lets hope they keep any equity raise to a minimum.

The way this is turning out I would think a placing at these levels would be immaterial at the minute, they would have to issue half a billion shares at .3 to raise 1.5M, which is possible, but do we need to do that? Any placing would only be for the H & W purchase as far as I can see, not the IM project.
I think JW needs to concentrate on getting that 1.6M grant in from the EU pronto here and then announcing theChairman.

I think we need some informtion here and quick, I think this fall all revolves around the H & W aquisition personally, I can't think for a minute it would be anything to do with our core project. Everything so far has been on track albeit taking a long time, whereas the H & W part of the equation needs lots of financing.

Points taken and agreed, two events have slipped, EU funds, as I say this is out of the control of the board though, Chairman , yes should have now been sorted, but, I believe it all revolves around the other current outstanding issues and the puzzle will fall into place very shortly.
Lets see a better day tomorrow, today looked a lot like a concerted effort to drop the price by traders before a slight rally, all on no news!!

Why use that particular figure as a benchmark? the sp has been nowhere near that level for over 9 months? the latest placing was done at 0.45p?

Bit of blue in October? allowing some to exit? again I think you need to do some research? as what has gone on in respect of the share price issue.

Milestones have not slipped as far as I am aware, apart from receipt of the EU funds, which is out of the hands of the directors unfortunately, all other milestones have been met. Read the RNS's

What is correct is the fact Infa need to raise lots of cash, and they already have via a loan of up to 2.2Million so far, they need more and I suspect they will obtain it and it will not be via equity at this stage because as you quite rightly point out the sp is too low to raise substantial amounts currently.
All building to an exciting end of year finale imo, ignore the day to day movements at the minute in the sp, lets see where we are in 3 months time!

By the way, am I a Happy Clappy? whatever that is in respect of a share! I must be on the sidelines constantly chanting,

Please could you enkighten us what you mean when you say "lots"!!!

A good friend of mine told me not to listen to gossip and hogwash!!!

I could point you in the direction of multiple AIM outfits where directors have bought shares in order to shore up the price or demonstrate positivity, or if they were about to take their firm's privately to the detriment of the smaller private investors!!
Therefore don't alway read into things in one way!! think outside the box occasionally.

Yes I remember all too well the shenanigans over at SXX before and during planning phase 1, I remember that phase 1 got turned down didn't it? but then common sense prevailed. There is trouble there presently though, the costs for that project are huge and they are now in financial difficulties!
I can see certain similarities between Infa and SXX at the early stage, local economy, jobs, local landowners were paid fortunes, they had local MP's behind the project and the economy will receive a huge long term boost? However I did always think that it would be a huge task to create a Potash mine underground but I did thing that CF would pull it off with his previous record and contacts. Let's hope he still can for the local economy, jobs and the thousands of small local shareholders involved.
For the record I sold out just before the initial planning hearing at a nice profit, makes a pleasant change!!! I stuck with for a few years suffering the up's and downs in the sp from 2p to 30p, I remember that the chat board was superb in those day's with holders arranging get togethers and even CF joined the board for a quick Q & A session!
Anyway as I say many similarities with Infa, but I believe Infa is a lot less risky, lower capex, no huge underground tunnels required, but this project will probably boost the NI economy as good as the SXX project in N/Yorks, and should be welcomed by all!! bar none!

I am very impressed with your arguments, tone and knowledgeable posts along with a few LTH on here you seem to understand the IM project inside out and upside down!!

Problem is though, you will never obtain an ounce of agreement from the protestors either on here, twitter or the fleecebook I'm afraid. They have only one agenda, to stop the project going ahead, they will not listen to reason, nor are they interested in gas security issues or local jobs, a little like the Eco warriors or climate protestors, some of the garbage they spew is frightening to ordinary folk, again this is because they are brainwashed into thinking in one direction, once that occurs, that's it no turning back. Look at those eejits protesting at the tube station recently, one of the greenest forms of transport, but I don't think it's all about the climate etc, I think it's all about them!! personally and the fact most of these people have nothing else to do and are bankrolled by rich parents!!
I don't think our friends have any worthwhile research to present to us nor would they have, far too much trouble to gather together information and then to try and understand it thoroughly and then to post it on a public forum together with links to back it up!! No, much easier to post drivel and wind folk up and wave banners at meetings etc, simple things for simple folk I'm afraid.
Thanks again though Droderick, nice to see we have some locals with vision and a complete understanding that this project is a no brainer and is as safe as any infrastructure project can be, and that the people running this project are more concerned with any environmental issues than the so called protesters.

I think you need to re read the RNS which was issued on the day of the potential acquistion, it clearly stated that funding was being sought as working capital, ie extract from the RNS
"A working capital facility will also be established at the subsidiary level, leveraging the Assets and the gas storage project and the Facility's cash flows"

I would think that as the two are completely separate entities although under the umbrella of Infa then separate RNS' should be issued. Just my thoughts!
By the way with your profits on EUA perhaps you could lend Infa the 1.6M EU grant funds due and then collect your money once the funds have been paid!!! lol.

Exactly, I woul;d also have expected an update on the H & W situation! we know we paid the initial £500K deposit but the other slice was due today unless of course the DD process was not completed.

The EU have been witholding these funds for far too long imo! I can't imagine what the hell the hold up is, this claim is tagged onto to earlier claims, ie the final chunk, therfore it is an ongoing claim!! has someone misplaced the files!!! and nobody knows what to do? a liitle like the funding in the NHS, nobody has the faintist idea what the hell is going on!
It is my belief these funds were witheld for one reason, Brexit, I therefore expect them to have been signed off and deposited with Infa within the next 10 day's, unless of course they still can't find the files or the claim documents!!!!

I accept that, but as far as the market would be concerned having it in black and white:
"The Company today confirms it has received the outstanding EU grant monies amounting to £1.6M into their bank account today. This completes this round of grant funding in full" would certainly bring some positives to the table. It may even be that some of these funds could be used for the H & W Aquisition?
