All we know is that it will be within 12 months of the dated Sale and purchase agreement, 13 November 2020 I believe. The first we will know for sure is the announcement of an EGM at which all terms and conditions are to be agreed by shareholders of the purchaser and the seller. Once that happens then It won't take long imo! Other than that, it would be guesses!!

Exactly what I was attempting to demonstrate and I was using UFO as an example as I know much about that stock. As you say though we are some months behind UFO and therefore I see bzt as a much better bet at this time I dont mind a gradual rise but with these types of stock it always appears to be the large spike followed by inevitable fall back.
I agree also, that bzt has far more potential than UFO with the variable projects on the go in different types of minerals where as UFO is concentrated on Silver!!! as far as I am aware.

Bang on, once the market catches on and we get further updates on our projects the sp will move upwards. We are adding valuable assets here via small share issues, I have seen this many times and if the news flow continues as is then as I say the sp will follow. Plenty of news on the horizon over the coming months, a definite buy or hold at these levels.

Therefore update will either be, acquisition completed or an extension to the 15 March 2021.

No placing required at the minute unless for a specific acquisition! last raise in August 2020 £625K and plenty of warrants exercised since so cash reserves should be healthy enough for the time being. I think at the last count we estimated around £1M in cash that was late 2020.

Correct, as soon as we hear news about the £900k being received and schools start reopening, (should be open already imo) then this will rocket. Won't take much to move this and as I said before my first target is .50p and then 1p, could be there around April/May I reckon.

Agreed I have been buying these all the way from .013p and would still buy at these prices as I believe once the funds are received and schools reopen this will fly!! Spread too large at the moment which will deter some buyers, but if and when volume rises this will rise, first target, 0.50 followed by 1p.

Bang on, volume is too low at the minute so it's the usual slow drift down. Once some volume returns then this will reverse big time imo, we need news, good obviously, and volume.
Patience here will be well rewarded so either Hold or Buy .

It’s simple, the Company has shortened its accounting period to 31 December year end, therefore under those circumstances the latest accounts due to be filed and published are for the 9 month period ended 31 December 2019. These are technically overdue as they should have been filed by 30 September 2020, although due to the pandemic they are now due by 31 December 2020. There were two documents filed at Companies House one on the 18 Jan 2021 and one on the 21 Jan 2021 in respect of these changes. Nothing else to see here imo, I think someone could have overlooked the fact that these 2019 accounts should have been published by now, or someone forgot to notify Companies House in time?

I agree partly and I also started buying around 13, but where I disagree is that I see this a strong recovery play at bargain basement prices. Schools will be back, maybe not until March but once they do start to fully open then this will fly. Incidentally my daughter is a deputy head in a primary school and they currently have in excess of 50% pupils in, parents simply want their kids in school.

Mankayan deal, anyone heard if an EGM has been organised yet? This I believe will be the indicator to the deal being completed. I will do a bit of digging if I have time, busy at the moment though.

Agreed, starting accumulating around the 0.13p mark and I'm still buying now we are back to the 0.20p levels. Bargain at that price still imo. Fantastic turnaround prospects in the not too distant future, I think we will see 0.50p plus before the end of March 2021.

Yes I agree a year ago XTR traded around 0.50 so some gains there valued at around 50 M. Our sp needs to get to around 1.5p for similar valuations. Buy and hold here and await further updates. The mankayan deal could be the next news, must be getting close?
