Also I like the forward looking statements a lot, get this blasted Covid nonsense under control and Malvern will be both cash positive and profitable early 2022, so no change from how most saw it before this announcement.
Let's hope the market see the positives here and the sp should still rise slowly over the coming months.

No but as we thought things were not likely to improve here until at least September 2021 and looking forward to 2022. Downside is we now have a shed load more shares in issue, upside some Directors have participated. Question is now will this be a floor for the sp or will it drift lower. We will find out soon enough.

Very slow here for the past few trading days, be nice to have a further update regarding the marketing launch that happened March 17, although I suppose there is not much to add at the moment until firm numbers are fully known. I expect this to really start moving June onwards in line with the new term start September 2021, then they will have the forward numbers to update us with. As with all of these small stocks news flow is key!
Keep buying at these levels and hold for bigger gains later this year is how I see this one.

Believe me anyone engaging in such utter garbage regarding sp's reaching this that and the other that is quite frankly fanciful are the ones looking stupid?? to be engaging with someone who clearly has no clue, especially even inferring UFO could reach £1 is absolute nonsense, also why are you even discussing UFO on the BZT board, again, that's been done over and over again, UFO has it's own board I believe and can be discussed over there. Pops appears to be a BZT basher, although allegedly he is still a holder despite posting a few weeks back "he had taken the loss here". I haven't got the time to be reviewing all threads and posts on these boards, I'm too busy with work, however when I see silly headlines, I comment and others will also.

UFO has no possibility of getting anywhere near £1 in the next century, other that with a share consolidation? That would mean it would be worth something in the region of £3.8 billion for goodness sake? what utter bilge!
BZT on the other hand has every possibility of achieving anywhere between 1p and 3p within the next 18 months, that's a fact not fiction!

Significant RNS this morning, £761K received and bridging loans repaid. Balance of the £900K is hoped will be received in Q but the company has stressed that it may not recover all of the outstanding amount. However this is excellent news as the majority of the debtor is now settled and in these uncertain times to my mind that is good news.
Also trading update is upbeat and there will be a marketing launch 17 March 2021 in London as follows:

NCUK is a consortium owned by leading UK universities dedicated to giving international students guaranteed access to universities worldwide.
The programme is designed to prepare international students for undergraduate study, usually at a UK university. On completion of the course, students have guaranteed progression options to over 20 leading partner universities in the UK, as well as established universities in USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Yes indeed doors open next week so it would be good to have some updates now, interest here is currently waning apart from that huge buy yesterday. Also must be close to an update regarding the £900K due to us as it was stated this is expected to be received in Q1 this year. Those two pieces of news alone would send this up into the .040's imo.

Yes I know the TR7 I think was converted into many TR8's, correct they were originally aimed at the US market hence the very slopey front windscreen, there was a reason for that but I cant remember, something to do with US regulations. Correct the V8 was from the SD1, I drove one of those at some stage and a very nice car it was too. I also know that if you had a nice example of either now, the TR7 would probably fetch between 4/5K but the TR8 would fetch double easily. Ah a Triumph Dolomite, loved those as well in fact I loved all Triumphs, Spitfires were a little small though and more akin to a boat!!!
I remember wanting a Triumph 1300 TC for my first car many moons ago, ended up with a Vauxhall Viva, pile of scrap that was!!!
Yes the good ole days when you could fix anything with a spanner!! and some feeler blades!!! clean out the carbs and reset and get that timing bang on!! happy days.

Well there you go, I started out my mid life crisis by buying a Triumph Spitfire off ebay and renovating it, I then moved on to a TR7 a lovely car (I know they had a dreadful reputation back in the day) which I had for 8 years before selling it back to where it came from, North Yorkshire? I then moved through a range of 2 seaters, MGTF, BMWZ4 and now an MX5. You could call me an enthusiast I suppose.

Yes I have been digging around on the MMIH and AsiaPhos websites but nothing to report, the last update when the purchase and sale agreement's were basically swopped for Due diligence was 2 November 2020 and as you correctly say the longstop date is November 2021. Keep watching for announcement regarding EGM where the deal will have to put before shareholders, I assume, if their standards are akin to us here in the UK. Once that happens I think you can safely assume the deal will go through. 2 quarters is a positive statement, as you rightly point out we do not know when that was put up! but I will go for by the end of June 2021.
Once it does, game on for BZT. It will then depend on what fraction of the shares allocated we will be able to dispose of to generate cash, still, a game changer which ever way you look at it. Patience!

Although currently Horse Racing has been placed in disrepute by a somewhat idiot of a trainer in Ireland? A lot of goodwill earned by the industry has just been canned in the blink of an eye I'm afraid.
I fully concur with your BZT ramblings and I know many are frustrated at the moment with lack of news and the consistent slide in the sp, it will change I'm sure at some stage, there are just too many good projects involved and the MC does not reflect those assets. I have searched around to see if I can find any updates on the Asia Phos deal currently in progress, nothing to reveal at the moment, still in the due diligence stage, re the purchase and sale agreement, its been 4 months, but lets discount December shall we, so 3 months about the standard timeframe for a house deal to complete here in the UK, so I would think we should hear something shortly, I expect an EGM to be announced so as shareholders can agree or not agree to the takeover. Positive news there would see us double from where we are I believe, so keep holding on and buy at these levels.

Bzt last raise was August 2020 625k at .008p plus warrants gave been exercised since then putting additional cash into the coffers.

I agree we have been overlooked but we are still in early stage of development but the key is, have as many good projects on the go all at once and keep the positive news flowing on all fronts, the the sp will rise accordingly and more new investors and day traders will take note. It takes both sets of traders to move aim shares up dramatically and I believe we will be one of the next shares fitting this category. The problems begin when substantial funding is required to keep all projects flowing in the right direction you need some sort of income at that stage or a JV will would suffice. On the upward curve investors and traders come and go but the sp usually reaches a level at which everyone will make a little profit. Obviously in all of these stocks that have been hammered down over the years you will have unfortunate long termers who have been stuck in for many years so any rise may not be enough for those unless they average down!!! Been there. I found BZTat .010 around the very bottom, so I may be in luck or not, as the case may be

These acquisitions take time to be fully understood and hence add value to an investment, I'm sure as soon as any update on this particular project is forthcoming the market will react. so many potential good news stories here now but patience is required, CB may throw another acquisition into the mix also as he is certainly on the look out for projects that fit the criteria of BZT. I don't think we are under the radar, our turn will come but when it does we do not want a couple of day's of huge upticks followed by the inevitable downtick, what we want is a sustained daily rise with good volume. This is definitely undervalued by anyone's reckoning, once news starts arriving on a regular basis, which is the key, then the sp will move up.
