Honestly, I have never read such utter tripe as some post on here. This is perfectly normal in today's climate and all the relevant facts are in the RNS, everything done and dusted by the end of June this year. That is a lot of work in a relatively short space of time in such a climate I can tell you. There is absolutely nothing in today's RNS of a negative nature, Companies all over the world are having accounts held up and using the facility to give them more breathing space to be able to publish and file accounts, both private Limited companies and Public companies.
No panic or negatives here, lets await the real news, i.e. the current acquisition plans would be nice to wrap up and have all of the details, rather than concentrate on non news such as today's.

Yes agreed, one day one of these RNS's will kick start the march north here, I'm convinced of it.
Many projects now with much news flow to follow, and as someone said we still hold the Mankayan asset so lets see what the next steps are with that.

Strange because the posts were repetitive nonsense from the new poster with nothing much to say apart from having a pop!! at Colin Bird. I can only think that LSE have tracked that new account to a previously banned poster and therefore removed them.

Fully concur although a placing doesn't concern me as long as it is at the sp whatever that may be at the time or only a tiny discount to that.

A surprisingly quiet end to the week here.

A very very bullish interview and Mr Bird sounded almost overwhelmed by the initial findings.
Nice to hear the Interviewer make the point also that these assets were as he put it " for a 9 mill company" as if it were quite extraordinary?
As was also mentioned, an exciting few months ahead here and this must bode well for the sp.
I also note that Mr Bird sounded as enthusiastic as ever as if he were just starting out, nothing like the old man some poster kept banging on about on here a few weeks back. Who was that? and where have they gone.

The deal was a share deal ie bzt ended up with shares yo the value of 5.6m listed. It was not cash? Although bzt may have been eligible to sell part of the holding for a cash sum but we will never know now!!!
Placing, maybe, that doesn't really concern me here with so many projects on the go, as long as not hugely discounted not a problem. Maybe we may gave our eye on another asset purchase? Who knows.

You're missing the point, why are you checking up on posters unless they post absolute
garbage in which case by all means fire back at them. As I say neither you or I can prove anyone's holdng.
Anyway let's move on and agree with Soundofsilence hopefully we have it the bottom of this trend and we are now moving up with plenty of news to come.

It matters not one jot who owns what it can never be proved or disproved one way or tother.
Therefore don't worry about that concentrate on what you own and what is the best option for you.
For what it's worth I have no reason not to believe Sniper it's quite easy to build up those levels at these prices if you believe in the story.

I'm not so sure you would have got many at the early lows, typical mm's this morning, this should have opened up at .25p but they dropped it below the UT last night to see if they could get some cheap shares. I suppose you could argue the official news was released after yesterday's close although as we know many knew about this on Wednesday??? but not everyone. I see we are now blue!!

In which case you have to wonder if that document yesterday was real if so tjen there must be something else going on in the background. I will see of I can do some digging today but am in work so won't have too much time.

That's interesting the fact that bzt has not yet made an announcement? in this respect. Not good news on the face of it although nothing effectively lost as we still hold our stake. We will await a response on this subject and see if any further details are forthcoming.

A big large underpin that was Go Paddy. To raise another nearly 50% extra tells you there is plenty of demand here from investors. Expect this to move up strongly in the not too distant future.
Wey bought out, some major consolidation going on as well in the sector which bodes well for Malvern especially with funding sorted for the next 12 months.
This is positive raise and I believe the market see it that way too.

I disagree, this is a positive fundraise and the fact the Directors have again participated is a very positive signal. I cant see them doing so if this was on its last legs. Yes the past year has been difficult but looking forward positive signs are emerging. The China tie up could be very interesting and therefore I hold he view that in six months time we will see a very different picture.
