Ridiculous posts from BradSmith here in past couple days - the irrelevant posts are there for all to see. Quite the purpose of any of these defies any intelligent thought - how can an idiot like this posting so much irrelevant and personal nonsense expect anyone to take what he says seriously about Tlou Energy ……. He has been posting like this for quite some time - it is just sad since it seems dementia or Parkinson’s has set in.

And if he actually means these posts, then clearly it is pointless engaging with him next year to discuss Tlou’s prospects. I wonder if he realises the damage he is now doing the company by posting.

He will however want to make sure he makes the last post of 2021 here. This sort of childish thinking are considering winning in his vacuous mind, so since it is year end, sure we might as well let him have his victory. Sad really; just really sad !

With a PPA and related funding recently announced and soon to become contractual obligations, does this mean Tlou is about to cross the proverbial rubicon early in 2022.
How splendid would that be! And at long last. The hype talk can finally end and with rubber finally hitting the road, the company can keep the market and long suffering shareholders informed of progress towards first power generation. So an inflection point would appear to have finally arrived - what a terrific way to welcome in a new year.

Happy New Year to all Tlou shareholders and here is hoping for engaged and relevant conversation about company progress in 2022. If all the sheep can be herded calmly, who knows the possibilities here - we might have a message board worth contributing to.

You live for people posting about Tlou so you can respond with your repetitive and shallow views. They are tedious; you are tedious; and you really show how little you both know and have to say every time you launch into one of your boring irrelevant personal thoughts, issues and dramas.

Long time posters here know of the running skirmishes between myself and others. This is what motivates Smith to post his repetitive gibberish about Tlou - the fool actually believes that what people post here materially influences whether ‘punters’ invest or otherwise.
I suspect this is the reason for his concerted efforts to try and win the hearts and minds of people here.
It is for you to look back and develop your own sense of the run of things here if you can be bothered.
However, when he regularly posts that the share price of Tlou is immaterial; that a PPA and related funding is irrelevant to success; that the past success of the current CEO in his domestic market (Australia) is what will guarantee similar success in Africa; that the number of shares issued by the company (currently 650m odd) isn’t of any particular relevance; that Tlou is the only company in Botswana with any CBM capability (they bought their current primary leases from their main competitor) who he thinks are only being considered by Govt /Ministry for appearances sake (utterly naive and ridiculous imo); ……..
What actually matters re Tlou is whether or not they have managed, or will manage, to achieve sufficient sustained gas flows from their 2 reasonably recently drilled vertically wells (for about $2m each) to deliver sufficient gas to deliver contractual terms of the recently signed PPA, plus one think many have been waiting confirmation from Tlou is their gas content and whether any gas stripping additional expenditure is required ….
Basically, so many operational details that our ‘resident guru’ is so far behind in terms of understanding that sadly it basically dings him out of any intelligent conversation regarding future prospects and success of an investment in this company.
Also bear in mind, he apparently likes to buy shares every month on his credit card to somehow or other protect his frequent trader Low commission rate with his broker. He has written several books on this aspect of his portfolio management skills !
There is an old saying - Look after the pennies and the pounds will take care of themselves. This sums up Smith perfectly ! What he has no clue on is - While he manages his pennies, has he considered who is out there working hard to ensure that the pounds get made…..
And to think that his ‘management guru’ Gilby is having to work hard, and put his own capital at risk, for idiot shareholders like this !!
There are so many ‘Expert’ mouth pieces on this message board that don’t even know where Botswana is on the map, let alone ever been there. And for sure!!!! have absolutely No Idea what or who makes things tick and happen there.

You clearly don’t understand with the ‘less is more’ principle of posting either. Don’t worry, be happy.

Unfortunately what you think you know and what is reality on the ground in Botswana may not exactly fit like the proverbial ‘hand in the glove’ Smith.
If you are serious about informing ‘newbies’ (as you like to call them) about Tlou history, then respectfully you need to dial back on the assertions in your posts since you many times cross the line citing your opinions in a way that implies factual knowledge.
You have no experience of how CBM wells work; no experience of how Botswana Gov and related Ministries work; maybe you have visited Botswana on holiday previously but that was then and this is now (ie not relevant); you endlessly project forward your views and opinions as to how Tlou might proceed under CBM, solar and Hydrogen - but that is not a fact based conversation.
In short, you come across as a total ‘devotee’ of the Tlou story, which is actually absolutely fine, but please Stop trying to project more about internal Tlou matters than you do. The reality is You Don’t Know !
And the reality also is, Tlou has Not progressed as everyone following here in 2016 and 2017 had envisaged. That is Fact. Another fact is - there have been many delays. Other companies in Botswana have managed to progress their exploration to development and to production. Tlou has not got past the exploration stage in 10+ years, but as I said in previous message, they made recent good progress and are hopefully posed to transition from exploration to development company.
The conversation going forward needs to be about the issues and timelines around this transition. The conversation does Not need to be about your trading activity, dog walks, football club, life stories and personal tragedies - None of these are the purpose of a serious message board.
Is this difficult for you to understand ??

How do you know Tlou has been flaring gas for the past few years as you claim?
Or that they didn’t shut down the wells rather than continue dewatering as you claim? Their COO, Danny Horne was not on site for many months, perhaps over a year, due to Covid so assuming they did continue dewatering, who would manage that process? Would they leave that to …… who?
Perhaps MM could ascertain on this since no doubt because I suggested these were possibilities, the default position of some will simply be my possibilities must be wrong.
Environmentals - do not underestimate the complexity of these in Botswana.
Land Use rights - the last comment I remember from Tlou on this was these have been substantially obtained. Do they have to pay for these ? It would be good to have clarity on this project point.
Project plan - I have every expectation management will put together a detailed and comprehensive project plan for the execution and delivery of first gas under the ‘up to 10MW’ power generation using CBM as feedstock. This is, after all, the company’s primary and according to them, most immediate route to market. Might we get sight of this in January quarterly update, if even only the key timeline project components. They have been working on project plan for quite some time after all. Or will we be bluffed with providing this would damage project and company confidentiality (again). More precise detail can always follow in subsequent updates.
A comment on when the transmission line will connect to grid in Serowe would be helpful, since without that, the lights cannot be switched on!
Lastly, 2021 ended very positively for Tlou. 2022 will be about project execution, allowing for quarter 1 to nail down project plan timelines. If I had a New Year wish, it would be that the ‘less is more’ principle is applied to posting on this message board. And that the posts stay on the topic of Tlou progress, and factors at play in Botswana which directly or indirectly hinder its progress. And further that the pump and dump lurkers go lurk somewhere else - there has been enough of the considerable nonsense posted here for far far too long.
Maybe if that all stopped, in time, some intelligent minded posters would feel inclined to share their views here.

And Smith’s 16.33 post confirms who the ‘village idiot’ here is. He clearly comes from a privileged background since he has no clue on material funding matters.
By the time Tlou has ‘4 divisions’, we will all be at least 10 years older….. and for some whether it is 1, 2 skip a few ….really won’t matter.

Still, it’s the Eve of Xmas and Santa is on his way. Let us hope Tlou has been nice rather than naughty in, since it and CBM in Botswana is going to need all the help ahead it can get. The tree hugger brigade will soon enough mobilise once they catch wind of Oil or Gas developments there. Thankfully the leases are far far away from the Okavango but still…. will that stop them trying to grab headlines. Only time will tell.

Now Santa, lots of presents please since I have been good trying to help the good folks here understand the real issues in Botswana. As opposed to the more fanciful, verging on deranged views and opinions from those that love a great story rather than see share price and portfolio wealth performance ….

For all the ‘newbies’ that BradSmith believes he is influencing, you might also like to bear in mind:
1. Tlou has been at this a long time and shareholders in the ASX and AIM listings have seen substantial value destruction in their wealth/ investment - but then plenty of other listings have done that to a portfolio so Tlou isn’t unique in this regard.
2. MorrisMiner is a social media champion for the company, so anytime something is about to be announced, he will appear here with his ‘words of wisdom’. He rather prophetically suggested the reason for Tlou still working to deliver on its strategy is due to ‘time’. NSS.
3. Fact - Tlou secured the first ever PPA with BPC for power generation using CBM, with funding also recently announced. We expect to hear much more on this project delivery from February onwards. Although a pilot project, assuming it works (the power generation side is easy; we are still waiting for more clarity on the consistency and quality of gas extraction side) the company has stated that power generation is the backbone of current strategy. 4. Solar and Hydrogen are mentioned in strategy, and maybe in time Tlou will pivot in that direction. But any such pivot would require additional funding - KIV.
5. Transmission line - awaiting to hear how long this project component will take. The company has stated all environmental approvals have been obtained, but from past announcements it is unclear if all land use approvals have similarly been obtained. Probably not since use of land will require payment to land owners and PPA funding was only recently announced. This could cause further delays, and just as easily it might not.
5. First revenues - unlikely until 2023, which is more likely to be optimistic than pessimistic.
6. Equity dilution - likely to be unavoidable at some point. Some consider this irrelevant and similarly say the current share price is irrelevant at his stage of company development. Each to their own, but that would not be a view I share. Equity issuance at say 10pence is a lot more attractive in my mind than say at 4 pence.
7. Will 2022 finally be the breakout year for Tlou - possible of course given there should be lots of positive newsflow ahead on progressing the power generation project. The But however is, in my view, Botswana CBM has been flagged for well over 10 years and Tlou pushed hard on this in 2016 - 2018. An argument exists that the market could be tired or non-trusting that Tlou’s time has finally arrived, and therefore prefers to wait for more concrete delivery of project milestones. This is the only reason I can think is why the market has not responded recently to the 10MW PPA and funding announcements.
8. Takeover target - might eventually be the saviour event that rescues a lot of long standing shareholders here. Who the likely Buyers would be merits a book all to itself though. Tough to see exactly who in the current post COP climate.
9. Good

Like HM, I issued my Xmas message recently and posted a copy on the Ministry website. I thought yawl here would appreciate my inclusion of Tlou therein.
Keep up the good work in 2022 talking endless amounts of ballocks as well as keeping yourselves safe in 2022. And make sure Tlou delivers on it hyped up promise next year as otherwise I will look like a bit of a twat!

There appears to be a fair amount of interest in copper production ahead in Botswana. This might help explain the spike in interest here today.

Tlou has announced its PPA and associated funding in order to be able to deliver this proof of concept for CBM power generation.
The company itself has recently re-confirmed this is their most immediate and primary project in order to drive commercialisation of Botswana’s CBM resources (which are significant).
Does this mean the company has, or is about to cross the rubicon?
There are posters on this board who are ardent supporters of the company, it’s management team and the truly significant opportunity in the Botswana energy sector ahead. They have been promoting this opportunity almost as long as when the company first listed on ASX some 10+ years ago.
CBM has been talked about in Botswana since 2003 when the first geological survey was conducted, with Shell being involved along with Govt and various geological survey boards. There is a 200-odd page report available online somewhere for those interested enough to read up on history.
The question remains however now as to why has the market received the PPA and funding news and the share price appears to have just blanked such milestones /progress.
In early 2018, when posters and punters were expecting news on the award of the original 100MW RFP, the share price momentarily traded around 15 pence. Everyone was seemingly expecting well in excess of 50 pence.
Since then, nothing really other than missed milestones, false dawns, cash calls and money spent, and endless bickering between posters on why the Board appear to be so ineffective re achieving progress (one point of view) v all money spent was spent wisely and will transmit longer term into a bountiful harvest for long suffering shareholders (another point of view).
Good luck making your own decision as to whether you think Tlou offers a heaven sent, medium to longer term multi-bag investment opportunity. Or you think very differently to this, given there are already 650m shares in issue and another 200+ million and perhaps many more will be needed to get across the line.
All I will say is - things looked great in 2017 when 250-odd million shares were in issue; and look a heck of a lot less good now there are 650m.
Pays your money; takes your chance. Best not to listen to too much of what is posted here - by either point of view!
