Unfortunately the issue we have with AIM is that it usually only attracts the ten-bob investor, who all want to be overnight millionaires. At the moment, there’s no ‘promise’ of something great happening here. We’ve only just managed to turn profitable in the last quarter and that’s with production ‘at capacity’. What we could do with as Connie previously stated, is a more eager PR effort promoting the forward looking production figures. Two blocks to potential new investors are the warrants triggering at £2.22 and the statement previously that a dividend won’t be paid until a £6m loan to/from a BRD subsidiary. On that last point, I’ve never really understood the mechanism. The related RNS states that it doesn’t affect the accounts or day to day finance of BRD but it’s still used as a reason to prohibit a dividend. I may also have that all tied up round my neck and not adequately understood it. If anyone knows better than me, then feel free to correct me. Anyway, as someone previously posted, the potential profit over the lifetime ofte mine at Kareevlei is $43m. We currently have a mCap of just less than £4m...madness.
