All indications and hints are that the FS will be mid-June. Or did you wonder perhaps earlier? Listening to HL on Proactive it appeared that he wasn’t expecting any surprises and was even bullish about the upside of emerging from CV19. So, apart from dotting I’s and crossing t’s, it’s not unreasonable to believe it could drop at any time.

We certainly won’t be going it alone. Not unless there’s a huge fundraise. To use debt, Chariot would have to complete development steps up to a definitive feasibility study. Unfortunately up to now, all we’ve had is an in-house ‘yup, we can make it work’ announcement. Nobody will lend on a wing and a prayer. Chariot would have to actually do some real world, third party corroborated research.

25p seems a lot as it’s difficult to imagine at this stage. However, I could list you dozens of occasions where share prices have gone ballistic purely on the back of momentum alone. Before Sirius went belly up, that shot to 50p+ based on potential and they had what, nearly 1.5bn shares in issue. Was it a Billion pound company? Was it knackers!
The difference here is, the BoD aren’t praying to the money fairies for the best part of £3bn to get started.

The sad inevitability here is another raise. I must say, I’m extremely disappointed that we haven’t had a stone unearthed worthy of a separate RNS since October. A fact I actually find difficult to get my head around, considering previous valuable stones were in the very top layers and at half production capacity. Everything just seems to have become a little sullied somehow, which is a shame. Had high hopes once.

Unless they have a nod and wink to a forthcoming raise at this level. Seen it to many times to just attribute stuff like this to ‘MM’s playing games’. The thing is, who knows?
