The ‘what a crock’ was the inference that this is long term only. What gives anyone a right to tell others why or what or how they should view their investments? Who made you guys budget Warren Buffets :D

Westie, how I view this stock long term or as a ten percent and f.o. is irrelevant. Besides, if you’d read my post properly I actually give a view about holding long term. Maybe, don’t be such a lazy reader in future?
No-one knows the future so who knows whether this becomes the attention of speculators and indeed does become a short term hit.
The point as it stands is that the ‘markets’ can’t be arsed about EML. Why is that? I gave one of probably many reasons which is a sound and reasoned position. To be called ‘deluded’ just because you believe your long term hold is the only truth and the only game to play, is a bit rich and probably unnecessary. I’m sure you’d not speak to people in real life like that so why on social media?

Not exactly sure what you lads are on about...long term investment??? What a crock...! Anyone buying at 4p prior to the last FS should have expected to double their money by now. The market just isn’t interested and it’s right and proper to question ‘why?’. Having repeated raises at <5p is a major reason. Despite all the bluster and pseudo disappointment at the ‘share price disconnect’, they still diluted at 4.5p. Well, if the BOD’s only value the company at 4.5p, why on earth would large investors think any different?
One thing Graham is good at, is spending money and today’s RNS is merely a forewarning to the next raise. It’s basically saying, ‘look, we’re spending lots of money’.
I do see the long term project benefits but that shouldn’t be used to temper justifiable critique of the board’s actions.

It’s gonna be an interesting season, Goon. Wouldn’t mind taking Maitland-Niles off your hands but it looks like he’s not wanting to leave Arsenal. Shame that.

MMgames - just a note of caution about which figures you promote as facts. The $9.6m you quote was the figure at 2019 year end. For the first six months, Chariot was still burning through over $4m per annum. Since the cost cutting exercise in May/June, they’re now aiming for $2.5m pa. So fag packet calculations would see the year end closing figure (only 10 wks) be circa $5.5 - $6m. I accept that’s still a huge chunk of change but historically, Chariot very rarely let the balance sheet fall much lower before they raise. A farm-in this side of Xmas would be fantastic and alleviate a lot of my concerns. In fact I’m lying, it would alleviate ALL my concerns and give us all a very good festive present. God knows we deserve it...! :)

What we need is an independent third party corroboration through partnering. Without that, we’re exactly at the same point as we were yesterday, and the day before that, and the day before that!

At one share = one vote, ten shares = ten votes, I can’t see any reason why they’ll be perturbed by a mob of disgruntled pi’s. They’ll have enough votes purely based on what’s held around the boardroom table.

I very much doubt GC has had time to do a ‘decent job’. This is nothing but the board getting there noses in the trough for no layout. I’m holding merely because I see a profit in the future but it’s quite gut wrenching when this happens. It’s bordering on insulting to many pi’s.
Take note, this won’t be the last time the greedy feckers on the EML board go dipping.
