That’s the way it goes, I’m afraid. I would imagine that at some point, this will reach a billion shares. So using the company’s own expectation of in production share price, that would equate to £1.92 per share. Then, we give away 50% equity; 96p and reduce by half again because predictions and brokers notes are a load of old jim jam, and et voila = 50p...ish. :)
So, if we reach my target earlier, I’m offski.

I was in at just under 4p. Which I'm kicking myself about as I watched it drop to and then recover from 2p. I could actually have DOUBLE my share holding. Aargghhh!!!
Anyway, if this makes it to 50p, you won't see me for dust. That's a new 40ft extension to the house, a brand new luxury 4x4 a my original seed money from all my other pitiful attempts to pick a winner and a big shop at Tesco's. :)
I learned long ago, the Asos's of this world with a conscientious BoD that really care about shareholder value are as rare as turd fairies.

If what we were saying wasn’t true, then you could call it ‘moaning’. Otherwise, I’d say our issues are a fair critique of the performance of Larry and the board. As for being on here everyday, you can check my posting history so you know that’s not true. Besides, if it wasn’t for me, Goon and Growl, this bulletin board would be like a church graveyard. Despite our misgivings and the continued failures of the BoD, we still persist and continue plodding on. Compare that approach with most posters that come and go, hoping to make a quick buck. Strange how they get so stressed and blame us when they don’t get their quick 10 or 20% profit.

If Chariot drilled on debt financing alone, for the rest of my life, I’d wear a dress and be called Maureen. You really think there is NO risk remaining on the Lixus licence? Who would loan on that risk? Our Mcap is paltry, what would these loans be secured against? Why would farm-in partners cough up a huge amount, when we only got it for a £1m? What about feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, etc? We have limited funds, perhaps only running costs for just over two years. Who’s going to pay for that?

Honestly though, can there be as big a gamble on any of the listed stock markets, than Chariot. Bang £10k in at this price and if Lixus partnering is announced and we keep anything above 25% equity, then this shoots to what, £100-150m Mcap? Your £10k becomes £200k plus...nice!
On the flip-side, we keep only 10% equity, the BoD raise into any uplift in sp and your 10k is whittled to £2.5k and you need a 400% undiluted rise, just to get your money back. Or they don’t partner at all, then it’s sayonara señorita.

The present board is ‘excellent’ in your opinion. Since they’ve been in charge, private investor value has been decimated. I’m can’t even suggest anyone buy now as if this got anywhere near 80-85p, it’s my opinion another raise will be forthcoming.

the beef between Malcy and *************? After all his Chariot ramping *******s before fund raises, I tend to just ignore his nonsense but something has got in Zak Nits’ craw. I’m not a subscriber to their website but something to do with Zaza. Anyone shine any light?

Is that all the raises previously have been around this price. HL may bemoan the low share price but if he only values the company this low when raising money, why should anybody else think differently. Just a thought...!
My entry point is a bit lower than current prices but consider if it wasn’t. At this price, if I was shrewd, I’d still be able to buy in below 15p if an RNS for financing, EIS and permit dropped this afternoon. Not likely I know but why tie your money up here? Say I even got in under 20 or even 25p, that’s still an assumed 4 or 5 bagger to a £1-1.20 per share. I can see why traders are trading.

So, are the authors part of Chariot’s in-house geology team? If so, they have been catastrophic failures in reading licence geology up to now.
