Being this low is no surprise. The sp was always going to gravitate down to cash reserve levels, without a positive update. It’s actually more surprising how well the sp stayed up towards 4p, despite the swept under the carpet but quite despicable recent $6.5m write down.

The ‘herd’ do their research and have long memories. There may actually be something to the positive hypothesis you new guys are promoting but I can almost guarantee, Rio won’t be signing a JV anytime soon with KDR. I hope I’m proved wrong and I eventually get my losses back.

Why do the new entrants keep mentioning a JV with Rio Tinto. It’s the same agreement as they had when KDR entered Finland which is dependent on KDR processing a certain amount. KDR have processed about 0.0000001% (about an egg cup full) towards that target. I can remember way back when, all the talk of Rio’s links with KDR and it was determined that Rio washed its hands of this exploration license but on the possible chance KDR found something worth developing, Rio get back in for the exploration costs. Not sure whether the latest news is likely to get the Chief exec of RT all wet with excitement.

This is the serial fund raising Conroy afterall. Hands up all those that got caught four or five years ago when Conroy last fund raised this into the ground? You have no idea what deal has been done behind closed doors. A £120,000 fund raise to boost the sp to further fund raise £2m would seem quite cheap...don’tcha think?

If Q4 continues the upward trajectory of tender results or even just matches it, it would firm up the BoD’s statement of projected profitability. At close to $8m turnover per annum against costs circa $5m, it doesn’t take a genius to see how ridiculously undervalued Bluerock are.

I’ve been saying that sh*t for five years. Chariots sp held up due to its strong cash position. However, going into 2020 there’s going to be less than £9m in the kitty, or less than two thirds of the current sp and diminishing. If Larry doesn’t get a deal then a placing is most definitely on the cards and at probably less than 3.5p per share. Even if a deal is struck, the BoD’s will want to place into any substantial sp rise. Merry Christmas everyone :(

The questions over Lixus have never been answered. Why was the discovery relinquished and why has it taken the Moroccan govt nearly 12 years to find a company willing to take the project forward. I can’t believe that if Lixus was such a jewel, and I was the Energy Minister, that I would look at Chariot and go “wow! That’s the company we’ve been waiting for! As much as I know about the Oil Industry, (...and I’m no expert) Lixus does at first glance appear a fantastic opportunity. However, if it is a fantastic opportunity, then it defies all logic that it was ‘given’ to Larry Bottomley. I’ll be honest, it’s thrown me.

Surprised nobody has mentioned the £15m raised for a ‘new venture’. That was the start of Larry’s long list of fibs.

PM. I believe the only time we've had a pop at you was when you claimed to be an accountant and couldn't explain simple profit and loss. So, you were bunched in together with Wheepo and Oiltap, who were the worst rampers that have ever visited this BB. I have no doubts that because of those two, many people lost far too much money. I appreciate you're still around and if you haven't already blocked me, I apologise for associating you with those two. Anyway, every so often, another couple of Wheepo's and Oiltap's appear who are only ever interested in a temporary uplift in sp and then disappear. They have no interest in the company, long term goals or previous mistakes and they certainly have no interest in other share holders.

Don't be patronising pal. I understand quite well the differences between wild cat drilling and 'appraising a discovery', thank you very much. If you can find a dumb **** dumb enough not to, then I'd rather you kept it to yourself. Anyway, there are a myriad of reasons why you may not benefit from Lixus, like you hope. 1. Larry may/will fund raise into any rise in sp 2. Larry may/will give away far too much of Lixus to obtain a partner 3. The deal may not be a free carry so greater financial commitment 4. ...and knowing Larry, all three!
It appears you're not as clued up about Chariot as you think you are as all you seem to be aware of are the assets. Research the abysmal track record of Bottomley and his merrymen especially the last RNS. Read the H1 2019 results and tell me what you see that was the latest in a long line of stomach punches they've given out.

Larry and the board have been given the most outlandish opportunity that they really don't deserve in Lixus. I hope to God he doesn't eff it up but I can't help thinking he will and I'm not alone thinking that. So, my negativity isn't me trying to short, my friend, it's because I've been kicked in the nads by Bottomley and the Bod's so many times, you're just fearful of the next crappy revelation.

My problem is that this board has seen posters like 'fivecandles' and his/her supporters come and go like the ****s on an African holiday. The common denominator amongst them all is that they see an opportunity for 10-20%, try and whip up interest with postings of mostly irrelevance and when it doesn't pay off, they disappear. In the mean time however, LTH's have to sit and read the repetitive ****e time and time again. Crikey O'Reilly, does fivecandles not think we've read all the RNS's from 2018?

You should also note that cash is projected to be £9m at the turn of the new year. So not the mCap=cash equivalent that you state.
