What’s the point spending millions marketing and promoting this thing whist being stuck with a low valuation and red tape from an AIM listing, with hundreds of whining private investors. That’s the msg I get from reading the RNS.

I have Dan lad. Just to make it a round 1m shares going into the hibernation period. Will leave it there and see whether my shares wake up when the sun shines again. Too much spare money to play with clearly :-)

Sorry Italian, must have missed that post. My view is that we will still have certain (limited) voting rights as shareholders post de-listing. They then try and persuade us to sell our shares in the very next sentence! This tells me they want as few shareholders as possible interfering with their future plans.

My reading is that the app will be launched in Feb 22 and then there will be 12 months to heavily promote and market in order to increase revenue and qualify for Nasdaq. They don’t want to be tied to AIM during this period (selfish I know) but if there’s a further buy out or Nasdaq then we’ll be rewarded. Ifs and buts aren’t for everyone and if you’re worried about losing £100 then this isn’t for you. GLA

I can’t check but think it’s around 1p - not sure how many remain unconverted or not, but would make sense to convert at these low prices (unless I’m way off and confused)

I don’t think horse is saying they’re winding down - just that a low sp suits them buying back a load of shares. The question should be what will they do with all the additional shares once they own them?!?!?!
