This is by no means advice (very much a personal decision) but I do not share the negative views expressed by some. Nasdaq has always been the plan. We will always be valued more appropriately in the States and I see no reason why the existing Napster team won’t be able to take care of the streaming (their bread and butter) leaving the UK melody team to focus on live events. I think there will be a new Group Director managing both teams and a BIG marketing team promoting all aspects of the business. This will all result in a big uptake in awareness / subscribers / revenue and a big increase in valuation. Quite honestly AIM has been useful to cover the groundwork. That’s it. The big ticket money items will follow in 2022 during a period when we just don’t need AIM (and it’s shackles) anymore. There may even be a further buy out opportunity pre-Nasdaq if all goes well. The Investor presentation should be watched again. If they had planned to deviate from this presentation so much (as suggested by some) then that would be material misrepresentation and they would be accountable. I have no reason to believe they will deviate; and am therefore happy to remain patient. This is just my view, but I should add that I am more clued up on this share than some would give me credit for. The exchanges on here are no more than passing the time (mostly). GLA

Mel, when you say “… and telling the story everything will be rosy in the US!!” I get the opposite impression from the recent RNS’. The tone of certain paras tell me that they are trying to put investors off ‘their’ journey, presumably because they want PIs to sell up at these ridiculous prices.

The pressure is increased on a private business - for them to sever ties with their private investors and go private, for however long this may be, there must be a degree of confidence that this will do well. Otherwise, the level of required further investment won’t be there and they will go bust very quickly. This £100k tells me they don’t see this company going bust anytime soon, and moreover, there are real prospects of everyone still invested making a significant ROI in time. Bigger risk = bigger reward an’ all that. But I get why this tastes bitter for some. Very much a personal choice now as I’ve said before.

It’s a no brainer really Aimigo. No one puts in £100k unless they are confident of a return at many multiples of that. For a Director to do this at this stage is a show of confidence in the future of the business.

For those, like me who hold in a Lloyds Banking Group Shares ISA:

That’s my concern too! Much better for the directors if they get all our consideration shares by default, following the dissolution of the company (which they say will happen in any event if the vote isn’t passed).
