GG I believe you have always been wrong about DEC. It's not a con or a fraud. However, anyone who listened to you would have saved themselves a few £ or $. Maybe the wrong reasons but right to avoid investing in the company. Some of us thought things would change but the strategy just gets worse for the average shareholder. If you are not in Rusty's gang I'm afraid you are the cow to be milked. And Rusty wants a lot of milk to keep him and his banker/investor mates happy.

Finally some good news :)

At the current gas price, the un-hedged sales easily covers the BBs. Once the 'mates rate' shares are cleared and we approach the next divi, I would expect the SP to return closer to £12.

SP should have a steady upwards climb. Well done to those who bought recently

DEC can't even tread water now. SP sinking under the weight of Rusty's stupid games with the shares. All he had to do was nothing and build up some cash from operations to spend on wells. Is that so hard 🤬 SP would naturally increase and could be issued at a lot higher price for large investments. Everyone would be a winner. No, it's the middle finger to UK investors for the sake of Rusty's well buying addiction.

In my opinion it's now a great time to buy the shares. Great asset base and low risk income. Also in a sector that will benefit from the wealthy older generation in the UK.

I would imagine the treasury shares will be re-issued for investment capital, once the SP recovers. However, whilst there it saves a lot of dividend payments.

The foolish investors selling at a loss must be running out of shares. Hoping to see a recovery in this sector very soon.

Well GG DEC is not the fraud company you predicted but you are right about avoiding it. The board show nothing but contempt for shareholders. But as a public company, the shareholders do have power to punish the board. It will be interesting to see the votes at the next AGM. Hopefully Rusty will be booted out.

US SP up slightly, maybe the buybacks have been triggered.

Very little debt, assets a lot higher than market cap, +10% divi and large share buyback program. Any share purchase at the moment is a no brainer. The only way to invest successfully is to buy low, sell high and these are LOW.

Good buying volume in the UK again. No positive impact on the SP due to the US share dump.

Now all eyes on the US market.

DEC down almost 8% this week. No stability in the SP. I agree with you Terry, we need regular BBs just to get some investor confidence back. If not the traders will pull this all the way back to £10.50 again.

Looks like the SP is already at a bargain price so no big impact from the FTSE 250 exit. May if do it a favour to be in the news.

I expect we will be in the 60 to 70p zone very soon.

We are finally seeing the correct market cap on this site. Short interest % is still not probably reflected. It should be a lot lower as a true %. Also not much of an influence on the SP nowadays. Once the giveaway US shares are cleared we will be back to true market demand which seems to be quite positive.
