Could be a trading opportunity coming

Traditionally the SP tanks when a deal is announced. That didn't happen this time. If it holds past XD day then maybe the trend has changed. The good news about the whole Iran stuff is that it shows what a fragile energy world we live in. There is clearly a demand for oil and gas and a hell of a lot of it. Even after the conflict is resolved, the global storage needs to be replenished. DEC will probably be a big winner with some higher than expected hedges being agreed. I would still advise no small investors to buy until we get some proven SP stability.

SP slowly climbing. Solid investment at this level.

Nice to see some pain for the shorters. I sense more to come their way once some profit taking has been done.

I like the move into foreign airports. A great introduction to international customers. It could open up some global demand and take Greggs to the next level 🚀

If history repeats itself, the traders will smash the SP down below £10. GG will return and proclaim the end of the world is near and we are all idiots. I will buy a lot of cheap shares and sell them for £12 in 2 months time.

Shorts are creeping out of the door. Looks like they have already peaked in their attack and happy to find their next victim. I'm expecting a slow and steady SP climb from here until Greggs announce their next bold move. Be nice to get them outside of the UK and into high volume global locations.

No new recent acquisitions for a cash generating business is only good news for results day. DEC will hopefully have a combination of a cash pile, reduced debt and increased well retirements. Rusty always promised us long life, low decline quality assets. Now's the time to prove how good the business is.

A well run company in a very safe sector. Share price is super low at the moment. I'm very happy to but at this level. I expect the buybacks and clever strategy will have a positive effect soon.

I am surprised that the share price has stalled. DEC will have big gains from increased demand and prices.

I'm hoping it's a bit of profit taking before another steady climb but DEC has a habit of dropping hard and fast. At least it's not a Rusty share giveaway this time (I hope!).

You can't blame them for a cheeky bid. Be nice to know what the directors think is acceptable.
